Eylemin&nbsp;sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 ne oldu?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u015eehit Z\u00eelan arkada\u015f\u0131n fedai eylemi, ba\u015far\u0131 tarz\u0131n\u0131n nas\u0131l yarat\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u015fifrelerini, temel yollar\u0131n\u0131 bize g\u00f6stermesi bak\u0131m\u0131ndan anlaml\u0131 ve tarihi bir eylem olmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00d6ncelikle bug\u00fcn 2 Temmuz Sivas-Mad\u0131mak katliam\u0131n\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesinin 30. y\u0131l d\u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fcd\u00fcr. Mad\u0131mak otelinde&nbsp;ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen bu vah\u015fi katliam\u0131 k\u0131n\u0131yorum. Burada \u015fehit d\u00fc\u015fen 33 can\u0131 sayg\u0131 ile an\u0131yorum. Mad\u0131mak otelini yakan ve bu katliam\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren zihniyet ile g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn AKP zihniyeti aras\u0131nda fark yoktur. Bu \u015fehitlerimizin an\u0131s\u0131na Alevi halk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n m\u00fccadelesini y\u00fckseltme s\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc yeniliyoruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">K\u00fcrt Kad\u0131n Hareketi olarak&nbsp;\u015fehitlerimizin \u00e7izgisinde, \u015fehit Z\u00eelan fedai \u00e7izgisinde ya\u015famay\u0131 ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131&nbsp;kad\u0131nlar\u0131n, halk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n, halklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015fmesinde ba\u015far\u0131ya ve zafere g\u00f6t\u00fcrecek tek yol olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. \u015eehit Z\u00eelan fedai \u00e7izgimiz sadece T\u00fcrk devletine kar\u015f\u0131 geli\u015ftirilmi\u015f askeri bir eylemin ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131 de\u011fildir. Bu ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 fedai eyleminin arkas\u0131ndaki d\u00fcnya g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc, verili d\u00fczen ya\u015fam\u0131ndaki kad\u0131na bak\u0131\u015f\u0131 radikal ret edi\u015f, s\u00f6m\u00fcrgecili\u011fe kar\u015f\u0131 bir hayk\u0131r\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015fmesi temelinde b\u00fcy\u00fck istek, arzu ve tutku, iddia ve kararl\u0131l\u0131k, cesaret yan\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fck ak\u0131l, taktik&nbsp;incelik, inisiyatif ve yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k niteli\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fclmeden as\u0131l hakikat anla\u015f\u0131lamaz. D\u00fc\u015fman\u0131n fiziki ve ideolojik olarak \u00e7epe\u00e7evre ku\u015fatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir mekanda b\u00f6ylesine ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 bir \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilebiliyorsa, bunu ya\u015fam tarz\u0131m\u0131za, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma tarz\u0131m\u0131za uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda ne gibi ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 sonu\u00e7lar alabilece\u011fimizi de g\u00f6stermektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u015eehit Z\u00eelan arkada\u015f\u0131n fedai eylemi, ba\u015far\u0131 tarz\u0131n\u0131n nas\u0131l yarat\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u015fifrelerini, temel yollar\u0131n\u0131 bize g\u00f6stermesi bak\u0131m\u0131ndan anlaml\u0131 ve tarihi bir eylem olmaktad\u0131r. Fa\u015fizmin ancak ve ancak bu tarzda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fc\u015f, ya\u015fay\u0131\u015f ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma tarz\u0131 ile yenilgiye u\u011frat\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve bizi&nbsp;her \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada ba\u015far\u0131ya&nbsp;g\u00f6t\u00fcrece\u011fini g\u00f6steren bu \u00e7izgiyi, anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve felsefeyi derinlikli \u00f6z\u00fcmsememiz gereklidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kapitalist modernist sistemin ve&nbsp;Ortado\u011fu\u2019da bulunan stat\u00fckocu devletlerin kad\u0131nlara \u00e7izdi\u011fi k\u00f6le ya\u015fam \u00e7er\u00e7evesi bilinmektedir. Egemen erkek sistem a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00e7ok \u00e7e\u015fitli k\u00f6le ya\u015fam modelleri i\u00e7inde tutulmas\u0131, stratejik ve taktiklerin i\u00e7 i\u00e7e ele al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 olgulard\u0131r. Yine bu duruma itiraz eden, kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kan kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelelerinden kurtulma, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck aray\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 bo\u015fa \u00e7\u0131karma, sapt\u0131rma konusunda da ustala\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 bilinmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>KADINLAR K\u00d6LEL\u0130\u011e\u0130N \u00c7OK Y\u00d6NL\u00dc TERC\u0130HLER\u0130 \u0130LE KAR\u015eI KAR\u015eIYA&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Egemen erkek sistem sadece mevcut \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck hareketleri, muhalifleri bo\u015fa \u00e7\u0131karmakla kalmaz, onlar\u0131n hayallerini de \u00e7alar. Kendi \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131na g\u00f6re yeniden bi\u00e7imlendirir ve bunu da toplumun \u00f6n\u00fcne koyar. Bir bi\u00e7imde kabul ettirmek ister. \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelelerinin \u00e7abalar\u0131n\u0131 bu y\u00f6n\u00fcyle&nbsp;anlams\u0131z k\u0131lmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r. \u00d6zg\u00fcrle\u015fmek isteyen kad\u0131nlar\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerini, y\u00f6ntemlerini, enerjilerini, potansiyellerini kullanarak&nbsp;sisteminin devaml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bu kez bu yolla ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmek ister. \u00d6rne\u011fin, erkek zihniyeti ile yap\u0131land\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f kad\u0131nlar\u0131n devlet kademelerinde \u00e7e\u015fitli yerlere getirilmeleri ya da toplum i\u00e7inde bireysel \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fckle kurtulacaklar\u0131 yan\u0131lg\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 yaratmas\u0131&nbsp;gibi&#8230; Kad\u0131nlar k\u00f6leli\u011fin \u00e7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fc tercihleri ile kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya kalmakta ve bunu kabul etmeye zorlanmaktad\u0131rlar. Bu y\u00fczden kad\u0131nlar, egemen erkekli\u011fin icad\u0131 olan devlet, klasik evlilik kurumu ve bu eksendeki&nbsp;ya\u015fam bi\u00e7imlerinden kurtulmad\u0131k\u00e7a \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015femezler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ne ba\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n kapat\u0131larak evlere hapsedilmesi&nbsp;ne de modernist sistem i\u00e7inde erimesi ve her y\u00f6n\u00fc ile bu sisteme hizmet ettirilmesi, kullan\u0131lmas\u0131, bir ara\u00e7, nesne haline getirilmesi asla kabul edilemez. Bu anlamda verili sistemin k\u00f6kl\u00fc ele\u015ftirisi kadar esasta \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn, e\u015fitli\u011fin, ekolojik ya\u015fam\u0131n alternatif bi\u00e7imini b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fckl\u00fc tahayy\u00fcl etmek, bu ama\u00e7la \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak \u00f6nemlidir. G\u00fcncel sorunlar i\u00e7inde bo\u011fulmamak gerekir. Tarihsel bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 kazanarak d\u00fcn\u00fc ve gelece\u011fi bug\u00fcne ak\u0131tmak derinlik ister. Bu anlamda kad\u0131nlar\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck\u00e7\u00fc d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerle bulu\u015fmas\u0131 ve b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fmesi s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini, bu s\u00fcre\u00e7lerin daha kapsaml\u0131 ve yo\u011funluklu bir \u015fekilde i\u00e7selle\u015ftirildi\u011fi, prati\u011fe d\u00f6k\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bir fay hatt\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturma \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z y\u00fczeysel, yetersiz, dar kalmaktad\u0131r. \u00d6zg\u00fcrle\u015fmenin neresindeyiz? Toplumsal \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ideallerimize ne kadar kilitlenmi\u015fiz? B\u00fcy\u00fck hedeflerimiz, kad\u0131n devrimi hedeflerimiz var m\u0131 yoksa mevcut olan\u0131 biraz daha iyile\u015ftirmek mi istiyoruz? K\u00fcrtler a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan mevcut olan\u0131 daha iyile\u015ftirme gibi bir durum, T\u00fcrk devletinin soyk\u0131r\u0131m siyaseti nedeni ile ge\u00e7erli olamaz. Olursa da kaybetmeye mahkumdur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>KADINLARIN TERC\u0130H\u0130 KADIN DEVR\u0130MLER\u0130N\u0130 YARATMAK OLMALI<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck tercihi, kad\u0131n devrimlerini yaratmak olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bu da \u00f6z savunma, direni\u015f \u00e7izgisi i\u00e7inde \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme ve ya\u015fam\u0131n bu temelde g\u00fczellik ilkeleri ile yeniden yap\u0131land\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, in\u015fa edilmesidir. Bu kapasiteyi, derinli\u011fi ve mahareti g\u00f6stermemiz gerekir. Kad\u0131n devrimi 3. yol \u00e7izgisine, alternatif \u00e7izgiye \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck etme temelinde kendi \u00f6z g\u00fcc\u00fc ile \u00f6zerk kad\u0131n sistemini kurarak geli\u015febilir. Kad\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn, kad\u0131n sisteminin toplumun derinliklerine kadar geli\u015ftirilmesi zaruridir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kad\u0131n devrimi, kad\u0131n sistemi, kad\u0131n\u0131n demokratik konfederal \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesini olu\u015fturma m\u00fccadelesi, sadece kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan de\u011fil&nbsp;Kurdistan\u2019\u0131n, Ortado\u011fu halklar\u0131n\u0131n ve insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n kurtulmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan stratejiktir. K\u00fcrt Kad\u0131n Hareketi olarak Kurdistan, Ortado\u011fu ve d\u00fcnyada rol ve misyonumuz \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck temelindedir. \u00d6nemli bir \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015fme ve bunun pratikle\u015fme d\u00fczeyi, siyasette, \u00f6z savunmada, ideolojik ve toplumsal \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda, yine ortak kad\u0131n m\u00fccadelesinin yarat\u0131lmas\u0131nda yakaland\u0131. Ancak gelinen a\u015famada d\u00fcnyada, Ortado\u011fu\u2019da, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ve K\u00fcrtlerin ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 her \u00fclkede fa\u015fizm, sa\u011fc\u0131l\u0131k ve \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k geli\u015fiyorsa, bu en \u00e7ok da bizim sorunumuzdur. Kad\u0131nlar olarak insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesine \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck etme d\u00fczeyimiz demek ki yetersizdir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>L\u0130BERAL\u0130ZM\u0130 \u0130Y\u0130 \u00c7\u00d6Z\u00dcMLEMEM\u0130Z VE M\u00dcCADELE ETMEM\u0130Z GEREK\u0130R<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yine Bakur\u00ea Kurdistan\u2019da binlerce insan\u0131m\u0131z zindanlarda rehin olarak tutulmaktad\u0131r. T\u00fcrk devletinin soyk\u0131r\u0131m politikalar\u0131 derinlikli bilince \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lam\u0131yor. Uzun s\u00fcre sanki demokratik, hukuk kurallar\u0131 varm\u0131\u015f da buna g\u00f6re bir s\u00f6ylem ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma tarz\u0131 geli\u015ftirildi. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma tarz\u0131n\u0131n, fa\u015fizmin geldi\u011fi d\u00fczey dikkat al\u0131narak buna g\u00f6re olmas\u0131 \u00f6nemlidir. D\u00fc\u015fman\u0131n denetiminde olan bir ya\u015fam ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma tarz\u0131, mutlak kaybetmeye mahkumdur. Bunun a\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in y\u00f6ntemler geli\u015ftirilmesi \u00f6nemlidir. Bu ba\u011flamda kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda son y\u0131llarda geli\u015fen orta s\u0131n\u0131f anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131, liberalizmi iyi \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlememiz gerekir. Orta s\u0131n\u0131f duru\u015fu devletten, erkekten beklentili duru\u015ftur. Kendi \u00f6z g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc ortaya \u00e7\u0131karmaz. \u00d6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gerekli g\u00f6rmez. Ya\u015famda s\u00fcrekli bo\u015fluklar olu\u015fturur. Bu hali ile fa\u015fizmin kendini \u00f6rg\u00fctlemesine yol a\u00e7ar. \u00d6rne\u011fin, orta s\u0131n\u0131f \u00e7izgisinin Amed\u2019de, Qami\u015flo\u2019da hakim oldu\u011fu de\u011ferlendirmesi yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Kad\u0131nlar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan liberalizmi iyi \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlememiz ve m\u00fccadele etmemiz gerekir. Kad\u0131n s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn derinlikli bi\u00e7imi en fazla da liberal sistem i\u00e7inde geli\u015ftirilmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Liberalizm kolektif m\u00fccadeleyi \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Bireysel kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne, kendini kurtarmaya te\u015fvik ediyor. Ki kad\u0131nlar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bireysel \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Kad\u0131nlar ve toplum a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u015fu \u00e7ok net ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r; sistemsel, yap\u0131sal de\u011fi\u015fiklikler olmadan bireysel \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fckler ya da iktidarlar\u0131n el de\u011fi\u015ftirmesi ile \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck, demokrasi de ger\u00e7ekle\u015femez. Bireysel ve toplumsal \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck i\u00e7 i\u00e7e y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmelidir. Orta s\u0131n\u0131f, liberal duru\u015f temelindeki \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck duru\u015funda \u00f6rg\u00fcts\u00fcz, bireyci, halktan kopuk, \u00fcstten bir duru\u015f ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma tarz\u0131 s\u00f6z konusu oluyor. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla&nbsp;bizim ya\u015famda ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda, \u00f6z savunma anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131zda, tarz\u0131m\u0131zdaki eksiklikler, a\u011f\u0131r kay\u0131plara yol a\u00e7m\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. D\u00fc\u015fmana, egemen erkek sisteme s\u00fcrekli umut vermi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan eksikliklerin giderilmesinde ve kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne dayal\u0131 bir sistemin in\u015fa edilmesinde \u00f6zellikle kad\u0131nlar nas\u0131l bir m\u00fccadele tarz\u0131n\u0131 esas almal\u0131?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00d6ncelikle ger\u00e7ekten ya\u015fam\u0131m\u0131z, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma tarz\u0131m\u0131z g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irilmelidir. Kad\u0131n \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc olarak kendimizi d\u00fczeltmeden \u00e7evremizi de d\u00fczeltemeyece\u011fimiz \u00e7ok a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r. K\u00fcrt Kad\u0131n Hareketi olarak t\u00fcm bunlar\u0131n de\u011ferlendirmelerini de \u00e7ok \u00e7e\u015fitli platformlarda, toplant\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131zda yetmeyen duru\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmekteyiz. \u201cR\u00eaber Apo\u2019nun \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck \u00e7izgisini ne kadar anlad\u0131k ve ne kadar uyguluyoruz?\u201d sorusu \u00e7ok a\u00e7\u0131k ve net kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131zda durmaktad\u0131r. Z\u00eelan fedai \u00e7izgisini uygularken&nbsp;fedakarl\u0131k, direni\u015f, emek harcama, cesarette bir sorunumuzun olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilinmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ancak ideolojik, \u00f6rg\u00fctsel a\u00e7\u0131dan, yarat\u0131c\u0131, in\u015fa edici performans\u0131 ayn\u0131 d\u00fczeyde g\u00f6sterdi\u011fimiz s\u00f6ylenemez. Sadece kaba direni\u015f ve emek verme yetmez. Kad\u0131n devrimi i\u00e7in \u00e7ok daha derinlikli yo\u011funla\u015fmalara, hayal g\u00fcc\u00fcne, entelekt\u00fcel bir d\u00fczeye ihtiya\u00e7 vard\u0131r. Bunu geli\u015ftirmeliyiz. \u00d6nderli\u011fimiz de bu konulara s\u00fcrekli dikkat \u00e7ekmekteydi. Dolay\u0131s\u0131 ile d\u00fcnyada, Ortado\u011fu ve Kurdistan\u2019da \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan temel sorun \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck sorunudur. Kurdistan\u2019da halk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n t\u00fcm par\u00e7alarda Ba\u015fkan Apo, PKK, kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelemizi kabul etti\u011fi ve sempati duydu\u011fu herkes\u00e7e a\u015fikard\u0131r. Yine bu temelde m\u00fccadele eden, duru\u015f sergileyen milyonlarca kad\u0131n vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En son Rojhilat Kurdistan\u0131 ve \u0130ran\u2019da \u2018Jin Jiyan Azad\u00ee\u2019 slogan\u0131 ile toplum bir ayaklanma ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi. Yani sadece kad\u0131nlar de\u011fil&nbsp;halk\u0131m\u0131z ve halklar\u0131m\u0131z da kad\u0131nlar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan do\u011fru ve yeterli bir kad\u0131n \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc temsilini g\u00f6rmek istemektedirler. Ba\u015f\u00fbr\u00ea Kurdistan a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da ayn\u0131 durum s\u00f6z konusudur. K\u0131saca Kurdistan\u2019\u0131n her par\u00e7as\u0131nda, \u00f6zg\u00fcnl\u00fckleri farkl\u0131 olsa da yine Ortado\u011fu halklar\u0131 ve d\u00fcnya halklar\u0131 nezdinde kad\u0131n \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn ciddi bir kabul\u00fc ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck hareketimizin desteklenmesi, g\u00fcven ve inan\u00e7 duyulmas\u0131 durumu vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>B\u0130REYSEL \u00d6ZG\u00dcRL\u00dcK ANLAYI\u015eINI \u0130Y\u0130 TANIMALIYIZ<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sorun bizim, kad\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fctlerimizin \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck yapma sorunudur. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 nas\u0131l somutla\u015ft\u0131raca\u011f\u0131m\u0131zd\u0131r, \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmelerimizi nas\u0131l geli\u015ftirece\u011fimizdir. Kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelemizin ideolojik, siyasi, sosyal \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, kendi \u00f6rg\u00fctsel kimli\u011fi temelinde belirgin olabilmelidir. Kad\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fctlerimiz \u00e7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fc misyonlar\u0131n\u0131 oynamal\u0131d\u0131r. Biz sadece kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmesi temelinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131yoruz. Kurdistan devrimini, Ortado\u011fu ve d\u00fcnya devrimini demokratik ulus temelinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmeye ve buna \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck etmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. Kad\u0131n hareketlerimizin akademiler, e\u011fitimler arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile kadrola\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 toplum i\u00e7inde geli\u015ftirme g\u00f6revi vard\u0131r. Kad\u0131n y\u00f6netim tarz\u0131nda yerele dayanan, kolektif, birbirini muhatap alan ve tamamlayan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma tarz\u0131 zay\u0131f kald\u0131. Tek tek insanlarla ilgilenme, e\u011fitme, sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6zme ve insan\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 bu temelde de\u011fi\u015ftirip d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrme yol ve y\u00f6ntemlerimiz mutlaka uygulanmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kendisini yeterli \u00f6rg\u00fctleyip, yo\u011funla\u015f\u0131p ya\u015fama kat\u0131lmayanlar&nbsp;topluma da, kad\u0131nlara da bir \u015fey veremez. Kendisinde \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck fark\u0131 yaratamayan kadrolar\u0131, \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, toplum da&nbsp;kad\u0131nlar da hi\u00e7 dikkate almaz. Ele\u015ftirel ve \u00f6z ele\u015ftirel olmak \u00f6nemlidir. Kendi eksikliklerimizi pratikte a\u015farak ele\u015ftirel ve tamamlay\u0131c\u0131 olmal\u0131y\u0131z. Bu temelde \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck g\u00f6revlerini yerine getirebiliriz. Dolay\u0131s\u0131 ile bir kez daha Ba\u015fkan Apo\u2019nun kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerine, kad\u0131n kurtulu\u015f ideolojimizin temel ilkelerine d\u00f6n\u00fcp yo\u011funla\u015fmam\u0131z, yine Sakine Cans\u0131z arkada\u015ftan ba\u015flayarak bug\u00fcne kadar gelen \u00f6rg\u00fctsel ve ya\u015fam tecr\u00fcbemizi g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irmemiz ve bu temelde g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc kat\u0131lmam\u0131z gerekmektedir. Liberal \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131, bireysel \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 iyi tan\u0131mal\u0131y\u0131z. Buna kar\u015f\u0131 en ba\u015fta kendi ki\u015filiklerimizde de\u011ferlendirmeliyiz. Bir zihniyet d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc bu anlamda \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Son y\u0131llarda \u00f6zellikle sisteme kar\u015f\u0131 m\u00fccadele eden, ba\u015fkald\u0131ran, kendisine dayat\u0131lan ya\u015fam\u0131 kabul etmeyen kad\u0131nlara y\u00f6nelik sald\u0131r\u0131lar daha da artm\u0131\u015f durumda. Bu sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131 nas\u0131l de\u011ferlendiriyorsunuz? Sald\u0131r\u0131lara kar\u015f\u0131 nas\u0131l bir yol izlenmeli?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kad\u0131nlar olarak bize y\u00f6nelik sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131n&nbsp;\u00f6z\u00fc, ideolojiktir. \u0130deolojik, felsefi derinle\u015fmeye, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnsel g\u00fcc\u00fcn geli\u015fmesine her \u015feyden fazla \u00f6nem vermeliyiz. D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncede, zihniyette \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015fen, bunu pratikle\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r. K\u00fcrt Kad\u0131n Hareketi olarak \u00e7ok daha derinlikli bir tarzda kendimizi g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irip bu temelde bir \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck duru\u015funa sahip olmal\u0131y\u0131z. Kad\u0131n \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc sadece baz\u0131 siyasi de\u011ferlendirmeler, mesajlar, etrafa perspektif verme ile geli\u015ftirilemez. Her \u00f6nc\u00fcn\u00fcn toplum i\u00e7inde somut \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131, tek tek insanlara ya e\u011fitim ya da \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme y\u00f6n\u00fc ile dokunmas\u0131 gereklidir. \u00dcstten, b\u00fcrokratik, ya\u015fam\u0131n ve sorunlar\u0131n i\u00e7ine girmeyen tarz, R\u00eaber Apo\u2019nun ya\u015fam ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma tarz\u0131 de\u011fildir. Ayda ka\u00e7 ki\u015fi e\u011fittik, \u00f6rg\u00fctledik, m\u00fccadeleye katt\u0131k; temel \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fc budur. Yani Kad\u0131n Kurtulu\u015f \u0130deolojimiz temelinde siyasette, sosyal alan ve ideolojik alan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda ne kadar kitleye ula\u015ft\u0131k?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Burada ba\u015f sorun ise; ideolojik bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131m\u0131zdaki zay\u0131fl\u0131klar, yanl\u0131\u015fl\u0131klard\u0131r. Sadece y\u0131llar\u0131n al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131na, tecr\u00fcbelerine dayal\u0131 bir yakla\u015f\u0131m ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fctmek \u00e7ok yetersiz bir yakla\u015f\u0131md\u0131r. \u00d6nderli\u011fimizin paradigmas\u0131 temelinde yo\u011funla\u015fmalar, e\u011fitim ve tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z \u00e7ok zay\u0131ft\u0131r. En \u00f6nce giderilmesi gereken temel eksikli\u011fimiz budur. \u00d6zelde de \u00d6nder Apo\u2019nun kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlemelerini e\u011fitimler temelinde yeniden ele almam\u0131z, yo\u011funla\u015fmam\u0131z, uygulamam\u0131z, bu temelde radikal bir yakla\u015f\u0131ma sahip olmam\u0131z gerekir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>FARKLI B\u0130R KADIN K\u00dcLT\u00dcR\u00dc GEL\u0130\u015eT\u0130RMEK \u0130ST\u0130YORUZ<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kad\u0131nlar olarak \u2018nas\u0131l ya\u015famal\u0131y\u0131z\u2019 sorusuna verdi\u011fimiz cevaplar \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. Bu cevab\u0131 sisteme g\u00f6re mi veriyoruz&nbsp;yoksa \u00d6nderli\u011fimizin \u00e7izgisine g\u00f6re mi;&nbsp;bu tart\u0131\u015fma konusudur. Bunun i\u00e7in her yerde birinci g\u00f6rev, ideolojik e\u011fitim olmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u00d6nderli\u011fimizin Kad\u0131n Kurtulu\u015f \u0130deolojisi, kad\u0131n tezleri, nas\u0131l ya\u015famal\u0131 gibi \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlemeleri \u00fczerinden tart\u0131\u015fmalar, t\u00fcm toplum i\u00e7inde geli\u015ftirilmeli bunlar\u0131n planlamalar\u0131 yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bu anlamda Jineoloji \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n toplumsalla\u015fmas\u0131 \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. Jineoloji \u00f6nemli bir d\u00fczey tutturmu\u015ftur. Ancak halkla\u015fma, \u00fcslubunu ve ki\u015fili\u011fini buna g\u00f6re bi\u00e7imlendirme sorunlar\u0131 vard\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131 ile kad\u0131nlar i\u00e7inde ciddi bir ayd\u0131nlanma hamlesi gerekir. Kitap okuma al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 geli\u015ftirilmelidir.&nbsp;Mahallelerde kitap okuma gruplar\u0131 olu\u015fturulmal\u0131d\u0131r. Lise, ortaokul ve \u00fcniversitelerde bu tarzda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Di\u011fer \u00f6nemli bir sorun, \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme sorunudur. \u00d6zg\u00fcn \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmelerin yetkin k\u0131l\u0131nmas\u0131, t\u00fcm kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131, kad\u0131n kadrolar\u0131n\u0131 kapsamas\u0131 \u00f6nemlidir. \u00d6zg\u00fcn kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na a\u015fk ve tutku ile sar\u0131lma olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131, inan\u00e7-manevi y\u00f6n\u00fc y\u00fcksek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalard\u0131r. Maddiyatla, yetkilerle, \u00e7e\u015fitli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalardaki bireysel konumlara, mevkilere g\u00f6re ele al\u0131namaz. Kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 bir g\u00f6n\u00fcl, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ruhunun ya\u015fama ak\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131 meselesidir. Kad\u0131n\u0131n\u0131n alternatif kad\u0131n y\u00f6netim tarz\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015ftirilmesinde, ciddi yanl\u0131\u015fl\u0131k ve yan\u0131lg\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z vard\u0131r. Erkek gibi y\u00f6netme, erkek gibi siyaset yapma, iktidarc\u0131l\u0131k, kariyerizm, pop\u00fclizm kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda da yayg\u0131nca g\u00f6r\u00fclebilmektedir. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n kolektif d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve yo\u011funla\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n ya\u015fama ak\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131, yanl\u0131\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131 d\u00fczeltme iradesinin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131labilmesi olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemli olmaktad\u0131r. Kad\u0131n Hareketimiz genel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar i\u00e7inde elbette \u00f6nce kendisi yo\u011funla\u015farak, yetkinle\u015ferek adeta turnusol k\u00e2\u011f\u0131d\u0131 rol\u00fcn\u00fc oynamal\u0131d\u0131r. Do\u011fru ve yanl\u0131\u015flar\u0131 t\u00fcm kad\u0131nlara, topluma g\u00f6sterebilmelidir. Bu anlamda karma \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar i\u00e7inde \u00f6zg\u00fcn \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmelerin geli\u015ftirilmesi, buralarda bireysel \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kma, bireysel duru\u015flar yerine Kad\u0131n Hareketi ile birlikte yo\u011funla\u015fma, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn derinlikli geli\u015ftirilmesi sorunlar\u0131 yans\u0131maktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">E\u015fba\u015fkanl\u0131k sisteminin daha derinle\u015ftirilmesi, kad\u0131n e\u015fba\u015fkanlar\u0131n ve e\u015f s\u00f6zc\u00fclerin var olan kad\u0131n meclisi ile birlikte \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131, kad\u0131n m\u00fccadelesinin yetkinle\u015fmesi ve kendi \u00f6z\u00fcne uygun hareket etmesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. Kad\u0131n meclislerinden kopuk bir karma \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, e\u015fba\u015fkanl\u0131k sistemi olamaz. Bu anlamda kad\u0131nlar hem \u00f6zg\u00fcn&nbsp;hem de karma \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda mutlak bir bi\u00e7imde \u00f6zg\u00fcn \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmelerini olu\u015fturmal\u0131d\u0131r. Karma olan t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara giderken \u00f6zg\u00fcn toplant\u0131lar yap\u0131larak, ortakla\u015farak gidilmelidir. Kad\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fcklerinin \u00f6rg\u00fctsel b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, ba\u015far\u0131 ve etkili olma a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan olmazsa olmaz kabilindendir. Fa\u015fizmin sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 bahane etmemek gerekir. Fa\u015fizm her zaman olacak. Dolay\u0131s\u0131 ile fa\u015fizm ko\u015fullar\u0131 de\u011ferlendirilir ve buna g\u00f6re yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken e\u011fitim, \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme, eylem, boyut ve in\u015fa \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yap\u0131l\u0131r. Yani temel sorun biziz. Fa\u015fizmin sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131 de\u011fildir. B\u00f6yle yakla\u015fmak gerekir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kad\u0131nlar mahallelerde, sokaklarda il\u00e7elerde \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmelidir. Kendi sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 devlete ta\u015f\u0131rmadan kendileri \u00e7\u00f6zmelidir. Bir kad\u0131n \u015fiddet g\u00f6r\u00fcyorsa, t\u00fcm kad\u0131nlar meclis ve kom\u00fcnlerde, mahallelerde, evlerde o kad\u0131na sahip \u00e7\u0131kmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bunu yapan erkekler toplum i\u00e7inde te\u015fhir edilmelidir. Devlet fuhu\u015fu, uyu\u015fturucuyu, ajanla\u015fmay\u0131 geli\u015ftiriyorsa, bunu engellemenin tek yolu da \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fckt\u00fcr. Ba\u015fka bir yolu yoktur. Kad\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 \u00f6zel sava\u015f uygulamalar\u0131 s\u00fcrekli tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lmal\u0131, toplum bu konuda bilin\u00e7lendirilmeli ve her \u015feyden \u00f6nemlisi \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fck temelinde bunlara kar\u015f\u0131 koyulmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u00d6zelde K\u00fcrt kad\u0131nlar\u0131, gen\u00e7 k\u0131zlar\u0131 \u00fczerinden \u00e7ok ciddi bir \u00f6zel sava\u015f politikas\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Dolay\u0131s\u0131 ile Kad\u0131n Hareketi&#8217;nin i\u00e7inde gen\u00e7 kad\u0131nlar\u0131n kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131 ile gen\u00e7 kad\u0131nlar\u0131n sorunlar\u0131 ve istemleri dinlenmelidir. Ortak \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Birlikte karar alma uygulama yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 geli\u015ftirilmelidir. Tek tek kad\u0131nlar\u0131n e\u011fitilmesini, \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesini esas alacak bir \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme modeli geli\u015ftirilmelidir. \u00d6zg\u00fcn kad\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeleri g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc geli\u015fmeden kad\u0131nlar\u0131n iradeleri ve renkleri ortaya \u00e7\u0131kamaz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>TOPLUMUN T\u00dcM KES\u0130MLER\u0130NDEN KADINLARIN&nbsp;SORUNLARI ELE ALINMALIDIR<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kad\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fctlerinin ya\u015fam\u0131n ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131na cevap olan, \u00e7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fc, zengin bir i\u00e7erikle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131, kad\u0131nlarla, toplumla bulu\u015fmas\u0131 \u00f6nemli olmaktad\u0131r. Kad\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeleri sanat, ekonomi, sosyal, k\u00fclt\u00fcr, spor vb. temelli olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00e7ok ciddi ekonomik sorunlar\u0131 vard\u0131r. Bu konunun \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmesi i\u00e7in daha \u00f6zel bir yo\u011funla\u015fma olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Kad\u0131n kooperatifleri gibi \u00e7e\u015fitli bi\u00e7imlerde bir yakla\u015f\u0131m ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm politikam\u0131z olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Kad\u0131n meclisleri bu temelde \u00f6rg\u00fctlenebilmelidir. \u0130stanbul S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi ve di\u011fer kanunlar ekseninde bir m\u00fccadele verilmelidir. Bu s\u00f6zle\u015fme \u00f6z\u00fcnde eksik bir s\u00f6zle\u015fmedir. Ancak yine de kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fckleri ve haklar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan savunulmas\u0131 gerekir. \u0130stanbul S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi ve di\u011fer kanunlar\u0131n kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na K\u00fcrt kad\u0131nlar\u0131, T\u00fcrkiyeli kad\u0131nlarla birlikte kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kmal\u0131d\u0131r. Ancak bu s\u00f6zle\u015fmeye tak\u0131lmadan, bu s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 da engel yapmadan kendi projelerimiz ve s\u00f6zle\u015fmelerimiz uygulanmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bu ba\u011flamda toplumun t\u00fcm kesiminden kad\u0131n sorunlar\u0131 ele al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00d6rne\u011fin, t\u00fcrbanl\u0131 kad\u0131nlar\u0131n sorunlar\u0131 da ele al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bakur&#8217;da&nbsp;Amed, Wan gibi temel merkezlere a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k verilmelidir. Kurdistan\u2019da Amed, Dersim, Botan\u2019da Cizre, Silopi gibi alanlar, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u0130stanbul gibi \u015fehirler daha \u00f6zel ele al\u0131nabilmelidir. \u00d6zellikle Dersim, tarihsel olarak ve inan\u00e7 boyutu ile daha farkl\u0131 ele al\u0131nmas\u0131 ve g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi gereken bir \u015fehrimizdir. Kad\u0131n bas\u0131nc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir d\u00fczey tutturulmu\u015ftur. Ancak kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerinde yo\u011funluk, bu temelde yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k ve bunu yans\u0131tma problemleri \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclebilmelidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Di\u011fer \u00f6nemli bir sorun da anadil ile konu\u015fma, yazma, e\u011fitim g\u00f6rme, resmi dil haline getirme temel bir g\u00f6revdir. Temel bir g\u00fcndem olarak ele al\u0131nabilmelidir. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de demokratik \u0130slam \u00e7izgisinin geli\u015ftirilmesinde kad\u0131n\u0131n kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 ve rol\u00fc belirleyici olacakt\u0131r. \u0130slam dininde kad\u0131n\u0131n rol\u00fc ve misyonu belirgin olabilmelidir. Bu konuda demokratik \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n geli\u015ftirilmesinde \u00f6zg\u00fcr kad\u0131n hareketlerinin yorumlar\u0131, \u00f6n a\u00e7mas\u0131 ve m\u00fccadelesi \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bu konuda AKP endeksli tarikatlar\u0131n, dini kurumlar\u0131n kad\u0131na d\u00fc\u015fman politikalar\u0131, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 istismar etmeleri \u00e7ok iyi bilinmektedir. Bu anlamda kad\u0131n hareketleri, \u0130slamiyet\u2019in demokratikle\u015fmesi konusunda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar geli\u015ftirmelidirler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de Alevi halk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n \u00e7ok tarihsel, derinlikli sorunlar\u0131 vard\u0131r. Soyk\u0131r\u0131m ve asimilasyondan en fazla etkilenen bir kesimdir.&nbsp;Alevi halk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 co\u011frafyalar\u0131 sahiplenme, geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fc te\u015fvik etme, Alevi inanc\u0131n\u0131n resmi kabul\u00fcn\u00fcn sa\u011flanmas\u0131, Alevi halk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n inan\u00e7lar\u0131na gelenek ve g\u00f6reneklerine m\u00fcdahale edilmemesi, Alevi inanc\u0131n\u0131n Diyanet\u2019e ba\u011flanmamas\u0131 temelinde bir m\u00fccadele ve direni\u015f hatt\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015ftirilmesi \u00f6nemli olmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Kurdistan, T\u00fcrkiye ve Ortado\u011fu\u2019da kad\u0131nlar ciddi toplumsal sorunlar ya\u015f\u0131yor. \u00c7ocuk ya\u015fta evlilik, kad\u0131na y\u00f6nelik \u015fiddet, tecav\u00fcz, emek s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcs\u00fc, kad\u0131n yoksullu\u011fu, kad\u0131n g\u00f6\u00e7leri, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n fuhu\u015fa, uyu\u015fturucuya bula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gibi temel sorunlar nas\u0131l \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcme kavu\u015fturulur?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kad\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fctleri olarak temel bir sorunumuz da erke\u011fi ele al\u0131\u015f, erke\u011fi ve toplumu \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015ftirme sorunlar\u0131m\u0131z ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm yollar\u0131d\u0131r. Bilindi\u011fi gibi kad\u0131n m\u00fccadelemizin geli\u015fimi ile erkeklerin bir kesiminde kad\u0131n sorunlar\u0131na daha fazla anlam verme, kendi egemen erkeklik \u00f6zelliklerini tan\u0131ma ve bundan kurtulma istemi, aray\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve \u00e7abas\u0131 geli\u015fti. Bu elbette kad\u0131nlar\u0131n art\u0131k mevcut egemen erkekli\u011fi kabul etmemesi ve buna kar\u015f\u0131 ortak \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc m\u00fccadele geli\u015ftirebilmesi ile oldu. Dolay\u0131s\u0131 ile kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc temelinde yo\u011funla\u015fan, \u00f6rg\u00fctlenen kad\u0131nlar\u0131n, erke\u011fi de\u011fi\u015fim ve d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcme u\u011fratabilmesi g\u00fcndemdedir. Bu y\u00f6n\u00fcyle ne erke\u011fe tabi olan&nbsp;ne de kaba ret yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7ine girilmelidir. Erke\u011fin de\u011fi\u015fimi ve d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc i\u00e7in \u00f6zg\u00fcn e\u011fitimler, tart\u0131\u015fmalar geli\u015ftirilmelidir. Bunun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda erkek ile ili\u015fkilenmelerin ki\u015fisel ili\u015fkiler d\u00fcnyas\u0131 \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. \u00d6zel alan denilen bu alan, asl\u0131nda en \u00e7ok genel olarak in\u015fa edilmi\u015f bir aland\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ya\u015fam i\u00e7indeki kaybedi\u015flerinin t\u00fcm\u00fcnde, erkek ile do\u011fru bir ili\u015fki bi\u00e7iminin geli\u015ftirilememesi yatmaktad\u0131r. Do\u011fru sevgi ve a\u015fk ili\u015fkisi nas\u0131l olmal\u0131d\u0131r? \u00d6rne\u011fin kad\u0131n-erkek ili\u015fkilerinin temelinde \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceleri, yurtseverlik, toplumsal \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesi, \u00fclkeye ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131k olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bu olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda hi\u00e7bir sevgi ve a\u015fk ili\u015fkisinin anlam\u0131 olamaz. Anlaml\u0131 sevgi ve a\u015fklar\u0131n temelinde, toplumsal \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Toplumun, \u00fclkemizin \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015fmesi m\u00fccadelesine dayanmayan hi\u00e7bir a\u015fk ve sevgi kal\u0131c\u0131 ve anlaml\u0131 olamaz. Bu anlamda mevcut klasik evlilik ili\u015fkilerinin, kad\u0131n\u0131 ne kadar k\u00f6lele\u015ftirdi\u011fi bilinmektedir. Evlilik d\u0131\u015f\u0131 ili\u015fkilerde de e\u011fer \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ahlak\u0131 ve duru\u015fu olmazsa, ayn\u0131 sorunlar daha a\u011f\u0131r ya\u015fan\u0131yor. Dolay\u0131s\u0131 ile \u00d6nderli\u011fimizin ortaya koydu\u011fu \u00f6zg\u00fcr e\u015f ya\u015fam modelinin tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 ve sevgi ili\u015fkilerinin d\u00fczeyinin y\u00fckseltilmesi gerekir. Ya\u015fam\u0131n anlaml\u0131 ve ya\u015fan\u0131labilir k\u0131l\u0131nmas\u0131nda bu \u00f6nemli olmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rojava\u2019da kad\u0131n meclis ve kom\u00fcnleri \u00e7ok yayg\u0131n bir \u015fekilde, irade ve kararlar\u0131 ile \u00e7ok belirginle\u015fmedi. Sosyal ya\u015famda kad\u0131n bak\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve rengi ile yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yetersiz kald\u0131. Kad\u0131n \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Devrimci Halk Sava\u015f\u0131na g\u00f6re ya\u015fam\u0131 ve \u00f6z savunma yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 yeterince geli\u015ftiremedi. Arap, Ermeni, Asuri, \u00c7erkes, T\u00fcrkmen kad\u0131nlarla birlikte e\u011fitim, \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme ve eylemlere a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k verilmelidir. Kad\u0131n devriminin in\u015fas\u0131 meclis, kom\u00fcn ve boyutlar ekseninde derinlikli geli\u015ftirilmelidir. Qami\u015flo ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere Halep, \u015eehba, Koban\u00ea ve Ciz\u00eer, Arap alanlar\u0131 gibi t\u00fcm \u015fehirlerde kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 geli\u015ftirilmelidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yine \u0130ran ve Rojhilat\u2019ta \u2018Jin Jiyan Azad\u00ee\u2019 temelli geli\u015fen ayaklanmalara \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck edilemedi. \u0130ranl\u0131, Kurdistanl\u0131, Beluc, yine Afgan kad\u0131nlar\u0131n direni\u015fi devam etmektedir. \u0130ran devleti bu ayaklanmalar\u0131n \u00f6nc\u00fclerini bir bir yakalay\u0131p zindanlara atmaktad\u0131r. \u0130ran\u2019da k\u0131z \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131n, gen\u00e7lerin okullara gitmemesi i\u00e7in okullarda kimyasal gazlar kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Okul odalar\u0131nda k\u0131z \u00f6\u011frenciler gazlarla zehirletilmektedir. Yine kad\u0131nlar\u0131 hicaba zorlama, ba\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 kapatmayan kad\u0131nlara \u00e7e\u015fitli cezalar verme, hakaretler yapma durumu s\u00f6z konusudur. Dolay\u0131s\u0131 ile \u0130ranl\u0131 kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ortak m\u00fccadelesi ve direni\u015f, \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesi, her zamankinden \u00e7ok daha zaruri bir g\u00f6rev olmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ba\u015f\u00fbr\u00ea Kurdistan\u2019da Hewl\u00ear ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck k\u0131z \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131n ciddi bir \u015fekilde fuhu\u015fa s\u00fcr\u00fcklenmesi s\u00f6z konusu. Bu k\u0131z \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zellikle Rojava ve Rojhilat&#8217;tan buraya gelen&nbsp;\u00e7ocuklar&nbsp;oldu\u011fu s\u00f6yleniyor. Ba\u015f\u00fbr&#8217;daki kad\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fctleri ile birlikte bu ve ba\u015fka bir\u00e7ok kad\u0131n sorununa kar\u015f\u0131 iradeli, ortak bir m\u00fccadele geli\u015ftirilmelidir. T\u00fcrkiyeli, \u0130ranl\u0131, Suriyeli, Irakl\u0131 kad\u0131nlarla daha somut ortak m\u00fccadele, ortak \u00f6rg\u00fct&nbsp;yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131m\u0131z vard\u0131r. Milliyet\u00e7ilik dalgas\u0131ndan kad\u0131nlar olarak kendimizi kurtarmal\u0131y\u0131z.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>M\u0130LL\u0130YET\u00c7\u0130L\u0130KTEN EN \u00c7ABUK KADINLAR KURTULAB\u0130L\u0130R<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de halen K\u00fcrt sorununa, K\u00fcrt kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesine kar\u015f\u0131 mesafeli&nbsp;olan, s\u00fcrekli \u00f6nyarg\u0131 ile yakla\u015fan \u00f6nemli oranda&nbsp;T\u00fcrk milliyet\u00e7isi kad\u0131n gruplar\u0131 bulunmaktad\u0131r. Oysa bunlar a\u015f\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck cephesinden sorunlara bak\u0131labilmelidir. \u00c7a\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n zehri olan milliyet\u00e7ilikten en \u00e7abuk kad\u0131nlar kurtulabilir. Bu anlamda halklar aras\u0131nda kad\u0131nlar olarak hepimiz k\u00f6pr\u00fc olu\u015fturabiliriz. Bu temelde egemen erkek sisteme kar\u015f\u0131 ortak m\u00fccadele ve direni\u015fleri geli\u015ftirebiliriz. Kad\u0131n eme\u011fi, ruhu, bedeni ile b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fckl\u00fc bir s\u00f6m\u00fcrgele\u015ftirilmeye maruz b\u0131rak\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla dincilik, milliyet\u00e7ilik, cinsiyet\u00e7ilik ideolojilerinin zehirlenmelerinden kurtulabilinmelidir.&nbsp;Ya\u015fama \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck, demokrasi, ekolojik bir g\u00f6zden bak\u0131labilmeli ve kad\u0131n ortak m\u00fccadelesi geli\u015ftirilebilmelidir. Fa\u015fizme, sa\u011fc\u0131l\u0131\u011fa, \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u011fa kar\u015f\u0131 m\u00fccadelede ideolojik netlik ve ortak m\u00fccadele \u00f6nemlidir. KBDH (Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n Birle\u015fik Devrim Hareketi) temelinde geli\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz bir ortak m\u00fccadele platformu vard\u0131r. Bu platformun \u00e7e\u015fitli d\u00fczeylerde geli\u015ftirilmesi, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ve toplumun \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015fme m\u00fccadelesinde tarihi bir rol oynamas\u0131nda \u00e7aba sahibi olunmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yine kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelemiz ve ekolojik m\u00fccadele, insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fu ya\u015famsal krizler dikkate al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda i\u00e7 i\u00e7e ve birlikte y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmek durumundad\u0131r. \u0130nsanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 en ba\u015fat kriz, ekolojik dengenin bozulmas\u0131, iklim bozulmas\u0131d\u0131r. Egemen erkek sistem, d\u00fcnya co\u011frafyas\u0131n\u0131 m\u00fclkle\u015ftirme ve s\u00f6m\u00fcrme yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7indedir. D\u00fcnya yer alt\u0131ndan yer \u00fcst\u00fcne, g\u00f6ky\u00fcz\u00fcne kadar parsellenmi\u015ftir. S\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fclmektedir. \u0130klim krizleri \u00e7ok ciddidir. K\u0131yamet s\u00f6ylenceleri bu anlam\u0131 ile bo\u015f de\u011fildir. Kurdistan\u2019da ise \u00fclkemizin s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fclmesi, soyk\u0131r\u0131m politikalar\u0131 ile birlikte \u00e7ok daha \u00f6zel ve derinlikli geli\u015ftiriliyor. Ormanlar yak\u0131l\u0131yor, barajlar yap\u0131l\u0131yor, yer alt\u0131 ve&nbsp;yer \u00fcst\u00fc t\u00fcm kaynaklar s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Bu hali ile kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelemizde, mutlak anlamda ekolojik bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirme, bu konuya ili\u015fkin de \u00f6zel planlamalar geli\u015ftirme ihtiyac\u0131 vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u00fcnyada ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de temel bir g\u00fcndem de LGBT konusudur. Bu konuya yakla\u015f\u0131m da \u00f6nemlidir. Erkek egemen sistem, LGBT m\u00fccadelelerini&nbsp;kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck problemlerinin, m\u00fccadelelerinin g\u00fcndemle\u015fmemesi, kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesinin sapt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 bi\u00e7iminde de\u011ferlendirmek istiyor. 21. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n temel \u00e7eli\u015fkisi, kad\u0131n ve erkek aras\u0131nda ya\u015fanan cins sorununda kad\u0131n\u0131n en altta ezilen olmas\u0131 itibar\u0131yla&nbsp;kad\u0131n sorunu ve \u00e7eli\u015fkisidir. D\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131nda bunun \u00fczerinden ciddi, evrensel bir m\u00fccadele oldu\u011fu bilinmektedir. Egemen erkek ak\u0131l, kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesinin mu\u011flakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, zay\u0131flat\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n bir y\u00f6ntemi olarak LGBT m\u00fccadelesini de\u011ferlendirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131r. G\u00fcndemi, kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015fme problemlerinden, derin toplumsal sorunlardan, ihtiya\u00e7lardan b\u00f6ylece sapt\u0131rmak istiyorlar.
