Bu konuda neler s\u00f6yleyeceksiniz:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">R\u00eaber APO&#8217;ya kar\u015f\u0131 geli\u015ftirilen uluslararas\u0131 komplo s\u00fcrecinin ba\u015flamas\u0131n\u0131n tarihi 9 Ekim 1998\u2019dir. ABD, \u0130srail istihbaratlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde geli\u015fen bu uluslar aras\u0131 komplonun amac\u0131 R\u00eaber APO&#8217;n\u0131n yakalanmas\u0131 ile birlikte halk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n, halklar\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck umutlar\u0131n\u0131n bitirilmesiydi. 15 \u015eubat 1999\u2019da TC devletine gardiyan rol\u00fc verilerek \u00d6nderli\u011fimiz tutuklat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve \u0130mral\u0131 adas\u0131na g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">R\u00eaber APO 25 y\u0131ld\u0131r \u0130mral\u0131\u2019da &nbsp;\u00e7ok \u00e7irkin, vah\u015fi bir soyk\u0131r\u0131m ve i\u015fkence sisteminin i\u00e7inde tek h\u00fccrede mutlak tecrit ko\u015fullar\u0131nda, en haks\u0131z,&nbsp; iradeyi k\u0131rmay\u0131, teslim almay\u0131 hedefleyen h\u00fccre cezalar\u0131 i\u00e7inde tutulmaktad\u0131r. D\u0131\u015far\u0131 ile en k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir ileti\u015fim imkan\u0131na izin verilmemektedir. \u00d6nderli\u011fimizin avukat, aile g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeleri dahil hi\u00e7bir hakk\u0131 yoktur. \u0130mral\u0131 adas\u0131nda &nbsp;hi\u00e7bir hukuk kural\u0131, insani, ahlaki kural ge\u00e7erli de\u011fildir. \u0130mral\u0131 soyk\u0131r\u0131m sistemi; kapitalist modernist uluslararas\u0131 devlet ve iktidarlar\u0131n&nbsp;bilgisi, deste\u011fi ile geli\u015ftirildi\u011finden ba\u015fta CPT olmak \u00fczere konu ile ilgili \u00e7evreler dahi R\u00eaber APO \u00fczerindeki bu insanl\u0131k d\u0131\u015f\u0131, hukuksuz, vah\u015fi sistemin i\u015fleyi\u015fine son derece sessiz kalarak onaylamaktad\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">R\u00eaber APO&#8217;ya kar\u015f\u0131 d\u00fcnya tarihinin g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 en kapsaml\u0131, \u00e7ok boyutlu, insanl\u0131k d\u0131\u015f\u0131 &nbsp;bir tarzda &nbsp;geli\u015ftirilen&nbsp; uluslararas\u0131 komployu ve yine &nbsp;ilk kez bu denli sistematik ve s\u00fcrekli bir \u015fekilde insan iradesini vah\u015fi y\u00f6ntemlerle teslim almaya d\u00f6n\u00fck kurgulan\u0131p geli\u015ftirilen insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n y\u00fcz karas\u0131 \u0130mral\u0131 soyk\u0131r\u0131m sistemini \u00f6fke ve nefretle bir kez daha k\u0131n\u0131yoruz.&nbsp; R\u00eaber APO&#8217;nun \u0130mral\u0131 i\u015fkence sistemi i\u00e7inde ki direni\u015fini selaml\u0131yoruz. \u00d6nderli\u011fimizin yakalanmas\u0131 sonucunda&nbsp; halk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi &#8221;G\u00fcne\u015fimizi Karartamazs\u0131n\u0131z&#8221; eylemlilikleri ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere \u015fimdiye dek \u00d6nderli\u011fimizin fiziki \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc i\u00e7in d\u00f6rt par\u00e7a K\u00dcrdistan da halk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n geli\u015ftirdikleri t\u00fcm eylemleri sayg\u0131 ile selaml\u0131yoruz. T\u00fcm K\u00dcrdistan \u015fehitlerimizi sayg\u0131 ve minnettarl\u0131kla an\u0131yoruz. M\u00fccadeleyi b\u00fcy\u00fctme, ba\u015farma s\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc yeniliyoruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0130mral\u0131 i\u015fkence sistemi \u00f6z\u00fcnde sadece T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de de\u011fil, d\u00fcnyada da &nbsp;ad\u0131m ad\u0131m geli\u015ftirilmek istenen bir sistemdir. Kapitalist modernist g\u00fc\u00e7lerin kendince muhalif g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00f6rg\u00fctleri, bireyleri, \u00f6nc\u00fc ki\u015filikleri b\u00f6ylesi bir i\u015fkence sistemi i\u00e7inde tutma niyeti, amac\u0131 da &nbsp;s\u00f6z konusudur. D\u00fcnyan\u0131n t\u00fcm zindanlardan elde edilen tecr\u00fcbelerden \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan sonu\u00e7lar \u0130mral\u0131 Soyk\u0131r\u0131m Zindan tipinde \u00d6nderli\u011fimize kar\u015f\u0131 uygulan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. \u0130mral\u0131, d\u00fcnyada en geli\u015fkin i\u015fkenceli zindan tipidir. Mevzuat\u0131 bu temel de haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130nsan\u0131 insanl\u0131ktan \u00e7\u0131karma, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnemez noktaya getirmenin bunun i\u00e7in her t\u00fcrl\u00fc tecrit, izolasyon ve i\u015fkence y\u00f6ntemlerinin uyguland\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir sistemdir. Egemen erkek akl\u0131n en \u00e7irkin, vah\u015fi bulu\u015fudur. Bu sistemin yayg\u0131n bir \u015fekilde kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 da d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Esas\u0131nda erkek egemen sistem, \u00d6nderli\u011fimizin \u015fahs\u0131nda insanl\u0131k d\u0131\u015f\u0131, zalim erkek ak\u0131lla dizayn edilen \u0130mral\u0131 sistemiyle d\u00fcnyadaki t\u00fcm \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck g\u00fc\u00e7lerine g\u00f6z da\u011f\u0131 vermektedir. Sistem kar\u015f\u0131t\u0131 t\u00fcm g\u00fc\u00e7lerin bu temel de \u00e7izgiye \u00e7ekilmesi, terbiye edilmesi amac\u0131 s\u00f6z konusudur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dolay\u0131s\u0131 ile \u0130mral\u0131 tecrit, i\u015fkence sistemine kar\u015f\u0131 m\u00fccadele etmek d\u00fcnyadaki &nbsp;\u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ve demokrasi g\u00fc\u00e7lerinin de g\u00f6revidir. \u0130mral\u0131 vah\u015fi soyk\u0131r\u0131m ve i\u015fkence sistemine kar\u015f\u0131 m\u00fccadele ayn\u0131 zaman da bir insanl\u0131k m\u00fccadelesidir. Bu bilin\u00e7 ve duyarl\u0131l\u0131kla yakla\u015fmak \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc, radikal bir m\u00fccadele y\u00fcr\u00fctmek son derece \u00f6nemli, hayati olmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Kapitalist modernite g\u00fc\u00e7lerinin K\u00fcrt Halk \u00d6nderi Abdullah \u00d6calan\u2019a y\u00f6nelik bu kadar vah\u015fice sald\u0131rmas\u0131n\u0131n nedenleri nelerdir?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9 Ekim tarihi ayn\u0131 zamanda b\u00fcy\u00fck devrimci \u00f6nder Che Guevara&#8217;n\u0131n da \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ay ve g\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Che Guevera 9 Ekim 1967\u2019de katledilmi\u015fti. B\u00fcy\u00fck devrimci \u00f6nder Che Guevara\u2019y\u0131 da sayg\u0131 ile an\u0131yoruz. Hegemonik sistem g\u00fc\u00e7lerinin ve S\u00f6m\u00fcrgeci devlet T.C&#8217;nin 9 Ekim tarihini tesad\u00fcfi se\u00e7medi\u011fi ortadad\u0131r. Che Guevara\u2019y\u0131 katleden&nbsp;hegemonik zihniyet, egemen erkek sistemi g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde daha geli\u015fmi\u015f bir \u015fekilde R\u00eaber APO&#8217;ya, devrim \u00f6nderlerine, \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015fmek isteyen kad\u0131nlara, gen\u00e7lere, insanl\u0131\u011fa sald\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. Benzer akt\u00f6rler halen i\u015fba\u015f\u0131ndad\u0131r. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n, insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n direni\u015fi ise kesintisiz devam etmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ataerkil sistemin temsilcileri Kad\u0131n devrimini de ba\u011fr\u0131nda ta\u015f\u0131yan K\u00fcrdistan devriminin ne denli&nbsp; jeostratejik, jeopolitik, tarihi anlama sahip oldu\u011funu ve bu devrimlerin t\u00fcm insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ne denli etkileme ve s\u00fcr\u00fckleme \u00f6zelli\u011fine sahip oldu\u011funun bilincindeler. Ortado\u011fu insanl\u0131k tarihinde her zaman \u00e7ok stratejik bir rol oynam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kurdistan&nbsp; co\u011frafyas\u0131na hakim olan hangi g\u00fc\u00e7 ise Ortado\u011fu da etkili olmu\u015ftur. Dolay\u0131s\u0131 ile b\u00f6ylesi tarihi bir co\u011frafyan\u0131n ve kad\u0131nlar\u0131n, halklar\u0131n \u00d6nderli\u011fimizin \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ideolojisi ile bulu\u015ftu\u011funda kar\u015f\u0131lar\u0131nda hi\u00e7bir devleti, egemenlikli sistemi&nbsp; kabul etmeyecekleri tahmin edilmektedir. \u00d6zg\u00fcr kad\u0131nlar\u0131n, \u00f6zg\u00fcr insanlar\u0131n, toplumlar\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesi ve ba\u015fkald\u0131r\u0131\u015flar\u0131 be\u015f bin y\u0131ll\u0131k ataerkil sistemin temellerini derinden sarsmaktad\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131 ile Ortado\u011fu co\u011frafyas\u0131nda ya\u015fayan kad\u0131nlar\u0131n, insanlar\u0131n evrensel insanl\u0131k devrimine yol a\u00e7abilecek enerji ve potansiyellerinden derin bir korku duyulmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bu ba\u011flamda ABD, \u0130srail \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fckl\u00fc kapitalist modernist sisteminin R\u00eaber APO&#8217;yu nas\u0131l bir tehlike olarak g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc de anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Egemen sistem \u00d6nderli\u011fimizin geli\u015ftirmi\u015f oldu\u011fu devrimi bunun kad\u0131n \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc, K\u00fcrdistan devrim \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f ve bu temel de kapsaml\u0131, \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc bir uluslararas\u0131 komplo ile cevap vermi\u015ftir. \u00d6nder APO&#8217;yu etkisizle\u015ftirerek &nbsp;K\u00fcrdistan ve kad\u0131n devriminin geli\u015fimini bunun t\u00fcm b\u00f6lgeyi ve d\u00fcnyay\u0131 etkilemesini engellemeye, sapt\u0131rmaya, kullanmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00d6z\u00fcnde R\u00eaber APO \u015fahs\u0131nda kendi denetimine alamad\u0131klar\u0131, iradeli, \u00f6zg\u00fcr insan profilini hedeflemi\u015flerdir. Bilindi\u011fi gibi R\u00eaber APO&#8217;nun insana de\u011fer veren, geli\u015ftiren, \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015ftiren ele al\u0131\u015f tarz\u0131, devrimi gelece\u011fe ertelemeden ya\u015fam i\u00e7in de anda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirme \u00e7abalar\u0131, g\u00fcndelik ya\u015fam tarz\u0131n\u0131n, duru\u015funun tamam\u0131 ile \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck endeksli olmas\u0131 yine \u00f6zg\u00fcr ya\u015fam\u0131 ve ili\u015fkileri yaratmadaki bilinci, iradesi, yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131, inisiyatifi, ilkeli, esnek tarz\u0131yla ba\u015farabilmesi \u00c7ok \u00f6nemlidir. \u00d6nderli\u011fimiz; d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce bi\u00e7imi, i\u00e7eri\u011fi ve&nbsp; bunu pratikle\u015ftirme d\u00fczeyi ile kendini t\u00fcm insanl\u0131\u011fa kabul ettirmi\u015f farkl\u0131 bir \u00f6nderliktir. Ki\u015fili\u011fini \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck de\u011ferleri temelinde \u00f6rg\u00fctlemi\u015ftir. Bu y\u00f6n\u00fc ile de denetim alt\u0131na al\u0131nmas\u0131 ve y\u00f6nlendirilmesi imkans\u0131zd\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00d6nderli\u011fimiz ki\u015filik \u00f6zelliklerini hegemonik sistemin ya\u015fam tarz\u0131n\u0131 k\u00f6kl\u00fc, radikal ele\u015ftirme ve bunun alternatifini ad\u0131m ad\u0131m geli\u015ftirme sayesinde olu\u015fturmu\u015ftur. \u00d6rne\u011fin &#8221;Ben bu \u00e7a\u011f\u0131n erke\u011fi olmayaca\u011f\u0131m&#8221; demi\u015ftir. &nbsp;Egemen erkek \u00f6zelliklerini \u00f6ld\u00fcrerek \u00f6zg\u00fcr erkek ki\u015fili\u011fini \u00f6nce kendi ki\u015fili\u011finde yaratarak farkl\u0131 bir bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131na, m\u00fccadele tarz ve y\u00f6ntemine sahip olmu\u015ftur. Yeni, g\u00fczel ve do\u011fru olan\u0131 \u00f6nce kendi ki\u015fili\u011finde pratikle\u015ftirerek&nbsp;PKK ve K\u00fcrdistan halk\u0131na, kad\u0131nlara yans\u0131tm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00d6nderlik ger\u00e7e\u011fimiz;&nbsp; Ortado\u011fu da ya\u015fayan t\u00fcm halklara, inan\u00e7lara T\u00fcrk, Arap, Fars, T\u00fcrkmen, Ermeni, S\u00fcryani, \u00c7erkes, Laz, Rum, Alevi, Suni, \u00cazid\u00ee, Yarsan, Hristiyan, Yahudilere ki\u015fili\u011fi, duru\u015fu, m\u00fccadelesi, direni\u015fi ile direk yans\u0131m\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ortado\u011fu\u2019da kad\u0131nlar\u0131n, halklar\u0131n, \u00f6tekile\u015ftirilen inan\u00e7 gruplar\u0131n\u0131n iradesi, rengi bu temelde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. \u00d6nderli\u011fimizin \u015fahs\u0131nda PKK-PAJK \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u015fahs\u0131nda t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyaya yay\u0131lan bir \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck paradigmas\u0131 s\u00f6z konusudur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00d6nderli\u011fimiz Ortado\u011fu ve t\u00fcm insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kapsayabilecek alternatif bir ya\u015fam ve sistem geli\u015ftirme hedefi ile hareket etmi\u015ftir. K\u00fcrdistan devrimini insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f oldu\u011fu t\u00fcm devrimlerin tecr\u00fcbelerinden do\u011fru sonu\u00e7lar \u00e7\u0131kararak yanl\u0131\u015flar\u0131 a\u015farak, eksiklikleri tamamlayarak geli\u015ftirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. KCK, KJK \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmelerini, sistemini de bu temel de geli\u015ftirmi\u015ftir. Bu ba\u011flamda ilk kez hegemonik erkeklik s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda hem de s\u00f6m\u00fcrgele\u015ftirilmi\u015f K\u00fcrdistan halk\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7inden \u00f6zg\u00fcr insan, \u00f6zg\u00fcr kad\u0131n ve erkek modellerini yaratarak, kad\u0131n devrimini, K\u00fcrdistan devrimini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmeyi hedeflemi\u015f bunun \u00f6nderli\u011fini yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>K\u00fcrt Halk \u00d6nderi Abdullah \u00d6calan, kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesini geli\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck m\u00fccadele y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc. Bu konuda neler belirteceksiniz?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kad\u0131n hareketi olarak uluslararas\u0131 komplonun ayn\u0131 zaman da kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesine yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir komplo oldu\u011funu bir \u00e7ok kez de\u011ferlendirmi\u015ftik. Kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck tarihimize bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bu \u00e7ok daha net anla\u015f\u0131lacakt\u0131r. \u00d6nderli\u011fimizi di\u011fer t\u00fcm liderlerden ay\u0131ran en temel \u00f6zelli\u011finin ba\u015f\u0131nda kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 gelmektedir. \u00d6nderli\u011fimiz kendi ya\u015fam\u0131nda ve PKK&#8217;nin kurulu\u015funda her zaman kad\u0131nlar\u0131n var olmas\u0131na \u00f6zen g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir. Kad\u0131nla yolda\u015fl\u0131k, dostluk geli\u015ftirme istemi ve arzusu \u00d6nderli\u011fimizin \u00e7ocukluk y\u0131llar\u0131nda da ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir noktad\u0131r. Dikkat edilirse hi\u00e7bir lider kad\u0131n yolda\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, dostlu\u011funa \u00f6nem vermedi. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131 ikinci cins olarak g\u00f6rmekten kendini kurtaramad\u0131. Devrimler de Kad\u0131n\u0131n var olu\u015f bi\u00e7imi ancak e\u015f, bac\u0131, ana temelinde oldu. Devrim liderleri de bunu a\u015facak bir yakla\u015f\u0131m g\u00f6steremediler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00d6nderli\u011fimiz kad\u0131n\u0131n devrime ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z karar\u0131 ve ki\u015fili\u011fi ile \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 m\u00fccadele tarihimiz boyunca s\u00fcrekli geli\u015ftirdi. &nbsp;Ki\u015fisel ya\u015fam\u0131nda kad\u0131nla yolda\u015fl\u0131k yapmay\u0131, kad\u0131nla tart\u0131\u015fmay\u0131, kad\u0131nlarla karar almay\u0131 ilkesel d\u00fczeyde ele ald\u0131. Kad\u0131nla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya, ya\u015famaya stratejik bakt\u0131.
