Kapitalist sistem ve ulus devlet rejimlerinin soyk\u0131r\u0131m ve kad\u0131n k\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 zirvele\u015ftirdikleri, Ortado\u011fu ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere geni\u015f bir co\u011frafyaya yayd\u0131klar\u0131 sava\u015f, cinsiyet\u00e7ili\u011fi nas\u0131l besliyor ve kad\u0131nlara ne \u015fekillerde yans\u0131yor?<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6ncelikle 25 Kas\u0131m vesilesiyle, erkek egemenlikli sistemin \u00e7e\u015fitli bi\u00e7imlerde sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131na maruz kal\u0131p \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclen say\u0131s\u0131z ve isimsiz kad\u0131nlar\u0131, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 anmak istiyorum. Yine bu sisteme kar\u015f\u0131 bilin\u00e7li ve \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc bir bi\u00e7imde m\u00fccadele ederken devletler, iktidarlar taraf\u0131ndan katledilen ba\u015fta Mirabel Karde\u015fler olmak \u00fczere Sakine Cans\u0131z, Ev\u00een Goy\u00ee, Leyla Wan, Jiyan-Roj-Bahar\u00een, Yusra, Reyhan, Delal Amed, Raper\u00een Amed, Nagihan Akarsel ve binlerce kad\u0131n devrimci \u00f6nc\u00fcn\u00fcn an\u0131s\u0131 bizleri ayd\u0131nlatmakta ve sisteme kar\u015f\u0131 m\u00fccadele g\u00fcc\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc daha da b\u00fcy\u00fct\u00fcp per\u00e7inlemektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Egemen ve iktidarc\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lerin, kad\u0131nlara, halklara, genel anlamda ezilenlere kar\u015f\u0131 kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 en etkili silah olan \u015fiddet, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda geli\u015fen sava\u015flarla zirveye t\u0131rmanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 3. D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131 olarak nitelendirdi\u011fimiz bu sava\u015fta, soyk\u0131r\u0131m, toplum k\u0131r\u0131m, kad\u0131n k\u0131r\u0131m, \u00e7ocuk k\u0131r\u0131m, ekolojik k\u0131r\u0131m, vicdan\u0131n ve akl\u0131n almayaca\u011f\u0131 d\u00fczeylerde ve bi\u00e7imlerde ya\u015fanmaktad\u0131r. Topluma ve do\u011faya kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fc geli\u015fen bu k\u0131r\u0131m niteli\u011findeki sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131n merkezinde ise kad\u0131n k\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 yer almaktad\u0131r. Kapitalist modernitenin hegemon erkek akl\u0131, ya\u015fam\u0131n her an\u0131nda \u015fiddet \u00fcretip iktidar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcreklile\u015ftirmeyi \u201c\u00d6nce Kad\u0131n\u0131 Vur\u201d kural\u0131na sad\u0131k kalarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmektedir. Bu, hegemon erkeklik ve kapitalist sistem a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan olmazsa olmaz bir kural, varolu\u015f gerek\u00e7esidir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu sava\u015f ger\u00e7ekli\u011fini iki a\u00e7\u0131dan ele almak gerekir; <\/p>\n<p>* Bildi\u011fimiz ulus devletler aras\u0131nda, ulus devletlerin i\u00e7inde iktidar g\u00fc\u00e7leri aras\u0131nda, devlet d\u0131\u015f\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lerle devletler veya \u00f6rg\u00fctler aras\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck-orta-y\u00fcksek yo\u011funluklu ya\u015fanan sava\u015flard\u0131r. Bunlardan baz\u0131lar\u0131 uzun s\u00fcrelere yay\u0131lsalar da bu sava\u015f bi\u00e7imlerinde genelde daha k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr bi\u00e7imde yo\u011fun, toplu \u00f6l\u00fcmler, yaralanmalar, g\u00f6\u00e7ler, yoksulluk, h\u0131rs\u0131zl\u0131k, yolsuzluk, talan, tecav\u00fcz ya\u015fanmaktad\u0131r. Bu sava\u015flar, a\u00e7\u0131k ve g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr, (devletler nezdinde) resmi sava\u015f durumlar\u0131 olarak ifade edilebilir. <\/p>\n<p>* Uluslararas\u0131 ve ulus devletlerin s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde belirlenen \u00f6zel sava\u015f politikalar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda \u00e7arp\u0131tmaya dayal\u0131 ve par\u00e7a par\u00e7a bir bi\u00e7imde geli\u015ftirilerek g\u00f6r\u00fcnmez k\u0131l\u0131nan ama asl\u0131nda en yo\u011funluklu geli\u015fen sava\u015flard\u0131r. D\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131nda, b\u00f6lgesel \u00e7apta kad\u0131n katliamlar\u0131n\u0131, tecav\u00fczlerini, \u00e7ocuk \u00f6l\u00fcmlerini, hastal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131, a\u00e7l\u0131ktan ve yoksulluktan kaynakl\u0131 \u00f6l\u00fcmleri, \u00f6ld\u00fcrmeleri, i\u015f cinayetlerini, do\u011fan\u0131n g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc zararlar\u0131 vb. daha bir\u00e7ok katletme durumlar\u0131n\u0131n bilan\u00e7osunu g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne getirdi\u011fimizde, bilan\u00e7onun iki d\u00fcnya sava\u015f\u0131n\u0131 katbekat a\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcr\u00fcz. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar bu rakamlar\u0131 ger\u00e7ek\u00e7i bir bi\u00e7imde ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131p ortaya koyarlarsa bu vah\u015fet daha g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr olacakt\u0131r. Fakat kapitalist sistemin dayatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ya\u015famda, resmi sava\u015f olarak ifade ettiklerinin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda da nas\u0131l korkun\u00e7 bir sava\u015f ya\u015f\u0131yoruz, bunun g\u00f6r\u00fclmesi ve anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir.<\/p>\n<p>HEDEFLENEN ESAS \u00d6ZNE KADINLARDIR<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7a\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda geli\u015fen bu sava\u015flar\u0131n her iki bi\u00e7iminde de hedeflenen esas \u00f6zne kad\u0131nlard\u0131r. Yine elbette kad\u0131nlarla birlikte hi\u00e7bir savunmas\u0131 bulunmayan \u00e7ocuklard\u0131r. Sava\u015f\u0131n kad\u0131n ve \u00e7ocuklar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan tek bir anlam\u0131 vard\u0131r; fiziki \u00f6l\u00fcm, fiziki olarak \u00f6lmemi\u015fse de tecav\u00fcz, yoksulluk, fuhu\u015f ve g\u00f6\u00e7 etmedir.<\/p>\n<p>Yak\u0131n tarihte ve g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde; TC fa\u015fist devletinin Kurdistan\u2019da ad\u0131n\u0131 koymadan y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc soyk\u0131r\u0131m sava\u015f\u0131, Libya\u2019da, Suriye\u2019de ya\u015fanan sava\u015flar, DA\u0130\u015e\u2019le birlikte Ortado\u011fu\u2019da ya\u015fanan vekalet sava\u015flar\u0131, Rojavay\u00ea Kurdistan\u2019a kar\u015f\u0131 TC\u2019nin geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi sava\u015f, Taliban\u2019\u0131n Afganistan\u2019da y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc i\u00e7 sava\u015f ve iktidara geli\u015fi, Rusya-Ukrayna sava\u015f\u0131, Azerbaycan-Ermenistan sava\u015f\u0131, son \u0130srail-HAMAS sava\u015f\u0131, Afrika k\u0131tas\u0131nda baz\u0131 \u00fclkelerde ya\u015fanan i\u00e7 darbe-sava\u015f s\u00fcre\u00e7leri, bunlar\u0131n hepsi en \u00e7ok kad\u0131nlar\u0131 vurmu\u015f ve etkilemi\u015ftir. Hem (devletlerin tan\u0131mlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bi\u00e7imiyle) resmi olarak sava\u015f ya\u015fanan co\u011frafyalarda ve hem de kapitalist sistem ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcretti\u011fi \u00f6zel sava\u015flarda en fazla kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ve \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n \u015fiddete maruz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, \u00e7e\u015fitli bi\u00e7imlerde k\u0131r\u0131m ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131na tan\u0131k oluyoruz. T\u00fcrl\u00fc ve ak\u0131l vicdan almaz bi\u00e7imlerde ya\u015fanan bu sava\u015flar, her an\u0131nda \u015fiddeti, bedensel ve ruhsal \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc, katliam\u0131 dayatmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Kad\u0131n\u0131n alabildi\u011fine silahs\u0131z, \u00f6z savunmas\u0131z, ekonomisiz, e\u011fitimsiz ve erke\u011fe muhta\u00e7 hale getirildi\u011fi mevcut ya\u015fam tablosunda, ya\u015fanan sava\u015flar kad\u0131n\u0131 daha g\u00fc\u00e7s\u00fcz hale getirirken, erkekteki egemenli\u011fi daha per\u00e7inlemekte, k\u0131\u015fk\u0131rtmaktad\u0131r. Sava\u015flar, kad\u0131n\u0131 egemen erke\u011fe ve kapitalist sisteme daha ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 hale getirirken, egemen erkeklik a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan kad\u0131n\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 payla\u015f\u0131lamayan bir sava\u015f co\u011frafyas\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmektedir. Bu bi\u00e7imiyle kad\u0131n, bedeniyle ve ruhuyla payla\u015f\u0131m sava\u015f\u0131 alan\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. 3. D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n \u00e7ok temel bir y\u00f6n\u00fc de budur. Bu anlamda 3. D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131 s\u00fcrecini; kad\u0131na ve toplumsall\u0131\u011fa kar\u015f\u0131, yine do\u011faya kar\u015f\u0131 ilan edilmemi\u015f bir sava\u015f s\u00fcreci, \u00f6zel ve fiziki sava\u015f\u0131n \u00e7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fc bi\u00e7imlerde yayg\u0131n olarak kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir sava\u015f s\u00fcreci olarak ifade etmek do\u011fru olacakt\u0131r. Burada, kad\u0131n merkeze al\u0131narak t\u00fcm toplum, ya\u015fam ve do\u011fa hedeflenmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Ya\u015fanan sava\u015flar\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda g\u00fcnl\u00fck ve anl\u0131k olarak ya\u015fanan kad\u0131n cinayetlerini, tecav\u00fczleri, emek s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fc, bedensel-cinsel olarak kullan\u0131m\u0131, fuhu\u015fu, g\u00f6\u00e7 ve g\u00f6\u00e7\u00fcn ortaya \u00e7\u0131kartt\u0131\u011f\u0131 sonu\u00e7lar\u0131, erkek egemenli\u011finin gelmi\u015f oldu\u011fu korkun\u00e7 d\u00fczeyi, parampar\u00e7a edilmi\u015f kad\u0131n ve erkek ger\u00e7ekli\u011fini, sava\u015f d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda bir kavramla ifade etmek zordur. Kad\u0131n\u0131 merkez hedefine alarak ya\u015fam\u0131n her alan\u0131na yay\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve derinle\u015fmi\u015f bir bi\u00e7imde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen bu \u00f6zel sava\u015f ve fiziki sava\u015f, 3. D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019d\u0131r. Hegemon erkeklik, kad\u0131n iradesinin yoklu\u011fu, \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc, parampar\u00e7a edilmesi \u00fczerinden kendini var eder. \u00d6\u00f6zg\u00fcr kad\u0131n iradesinin olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 yerde toplumsall\u0131k, ahlak, vicdan, adalet, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ve e\u015fitlik yoktur, ya\u015fam yoktur. Bu bir hakikattir. J\u00eena Em\u00een\u00ee\u2019nin sa\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fcnmesi nedeniyle \u0130ran rejiminin ahlak polisleri taraf\u0131ndan katledilmesiyle birlikte \u0130ran\u2019da, Rojhilat\u00ea Kurdistan\u2019da, Ortado\u011fu ve t\u00fcm d\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131nda \u201cJin jiyan azad\u00ee\u201d slogan\u0131n\u0131n dalga dalga yay\u0131lmas\u0131, bu s\u00f6ylemin \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ihtiyac\u0131na cevap veren hakikatinden ileri gelir. Elbette ki sadece bu slogan\u0131 dillendirmek, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ve ya\u015fam m\u00fccadelesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan yeterli de\u011fildir, ancak \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck hakikatinin yolunu tarif etmede, anlamland\u0131rma ve iddias\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koymada \u00f6nemli bir d\u00fczeyi i\u015faret etmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla kad\u0131n, ya\u015fam ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck hakikati kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda tam bir d\u00fc\u015fman gibi davranarak sava\u015fan bu hegemon erkek sisteme, kapitalist modernite sistemine kar\u015f\u0131 m\u00fccadele stratejisi ve takti\u011fini \u00e7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fc belirlemek ve m\u00fccadeleyi \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc bir bi\u00e7imde s\u00fcreklile\u015ftirmek hayati bir \u00f6neme sahiptir. \u0130nsanlar ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 topraklarda cehennemi ya\u015famakta, bu cehennemden ka\u00e7mak i\u00e7in de daha k\u00f6t\u00fc cehennemlere s\u00fcr\u00fcklenmektedir. T\u00fcm sald\u0131r\u0131lara ra\u011fmen yok edilemeyen toplum ve insanl\u0131k bilinci, ahlak, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck aray\u0131\u015f\u0131, demokratik uygarl\u0131k ve demokratik modernite kanal\u0131nda ak\u0131\u015f\u0131na devam etmektedir, edecektir. Bu direni\u015f, toplumun ve bireyin k\u00f6k h\u00fccresi olan ahlak, vicdan ve politika, toplumsall\u0131k bilinci bitirilemedik\u00e7e devam edecektir.
