Neden \u00f6yle bir hamleye gerek duyuldu ve hamlenin temel hedefleri nelerdir?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2019 m\u00fccadele y\u0131l\u0131m\u0131z son derece \u015fiddetli ge\u00e7mektedir. \u00d6nderli\u011fimiz, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck hareketimiz, halk\u0131m\u0131z, dostlar\u0131m\u0131z, t\u00fcm \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ve demokrasi cephesi b\u00fcy\u00fck bir direni\u015f i\u00e7erisindedir. Bu direni\u015f b\u00fcy\u00fck bedeller \u00f6deme pahas\u0131na kararl\u0131kla devam etmektedir. Bu bedellerin son \u00f6rnekleri olan Helmet, Atakan Mahir, \u015eevin Bing\u00f6l, Serhat Varto, Navdar, Sinan arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n \u015fahs\u0131nda t\u00fcm K\u00fcrdistan \u015fehitlerini sayg\u0131 ve minnetle an\u0131yorum. Bu vesileyle bir kez daha m\u00fccadelemizi b\u00fcy\u00fck bir kararl\u0131l\u0131k, iddia ve ba\u015far\u0131 ile y\u00fcr\u00fctme s\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc yineliyoruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">K\u00fcrdistan, Ortado\u011fu ve d\u00fcnyada m\u00fccadele eden kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck hareketi, feminist hareketler ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck inisiyatiflerinin t\u00fcm\u00fc, i\u00e7inden ge\u00e7mekte oldu\u011fumuz zaman\u0131 ve mekan\u0131 do\u011fru \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlemesi \u00f6nemlidir. \u0130\u00e7inden ge\u00e7ilen zaman\u0131n ve mekan\u0131n \u00f6zellikleri iyi analiz edildi\u011finde do\u011fru stratejik ve taktik ad\u0131mlar at\u0131labilir. Kendili\u011finden kesik ve par\u00e7al\u0131 m\u00fccadeleler de\u011fi\u015ftirici ve d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc olamazlar. B\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fckl\u00fc, planl\u0131 bir direni\u015f ve m\u00fccadeleyi b\u00fcy\u00fctmek gereklidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bug\u00fcne kadar \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131yla alternatif ya\u015fam\u0131n istenilen d\u00fczeyde \u00f6rg\u00fctlendirilmemesinin temel sebebi kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck sorununun verilen m\u00fccadelelerin merkezine oturtulamamas\u0131ndan kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131 almaktad\u0131r. Reel sosyalist, anar\u015fist ve ulusal hareketler kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc merkeze almad\u0131lar. Devrim sonras\u0131na b\u0131rak\u0131p sonras\u0131nda ise; eski egemen erkek ya\u015fam kal\u0131plar\u0131na d\u00f6nd\u00fcler. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck sorunu ya\u015fam\u0131n merkezine al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r. K\u00f6kl\u00fc de\u011fi\u015fim ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 geli\u015ftirmek bu nedenle \u00f6nemlidir. \u00d6nderli\u011fimizin \u201c\u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck Sosyolojisi\u201d adl\u0131 eseri antikapitalist hareketler a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bir manifesto niteli\u011findedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">K\u00fcrt Kad\u0131n Hareketi olarak evrensel bir kad\u0131n m\u00fccadelesinin de \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc yapmak, alternatif \u00f6zg\u00fcr ya\u015fam\u0131 yaratmak iddiam\u0131z var. Ba\u015fta Kuzey ve Rojava K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131 olmak \u00fczere d\u00fcnyan\u0131n her taraf\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ve y\u00fckseltilen direni\u015f, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck iddiam\u0131z\u0131n pratikle\u015fmesi konusunda da \u00f6nemli bir umut, inan\u00e7 ortaya \u00e7\u0131karm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu umut ve inanc\u0131n temel dayanaklar\u0131n\u0131 demokratik, ekolojik kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck\u00e7\u00fc paradigma ve kurtulu\u015f ideolojisi olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kapitalist modernist sistemin b\u00fct\u00fcn insanl\u0131k a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bireyde ve toplumlarda yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 tahribat\u0131, k\u00f6lele\u015ftirme politikalar\u0131n\u0131, mah\u015feri d\u00fcnyay\u0131 bir\u00e7ok kez de\u011ferlendirdik. K\u00fcrdistan s\u00f6z konusu oldu\u011funda bu sorunlar\u0131n \u00e7ok daha a\u011f\u0131rla\u015fm\u0131\u015f bir bi\u00e7imde kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bilmekteyiz. Ad\u0131 ve dili olmayan, kapitalist sistemin her t\u00fcrl\u00fc katliam\u0131na g\u00f6z yumdu\u011fu bir halk ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi var. Kad\u0131nlar bu hakikatin en dibine yerle\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir.&nbsp; Dolay\u0131s\u0131 ile kad\u0131nlar olarak kad\u0131n, ulus, s\u0131n\u0131f, ekolojik sorunlar\u0131n\u0131, ayn\u0131 zamanda \u00d6nderli\u011fimiz \u00fczerinde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen tecride kar\u015f\u0131 b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fckl\u00fc ve ortak bir m\u00fccadele y\u00fcr\u00fctmek zorunday\u0131z. Uygarl\u0131k tarihi boyunca katlanarak b\u00fcy\u00fcyen toplumsal sorunlar bir k\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcme d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Bu nedenle, kad\u0131n hareketleri, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ve demokrasi yanl\u0131lar\u0131, ekolojik hareketler b\u00fct\u00fcn sorunlar\u0131 i\u00e7 i\u00e7e ve birbiriyle olan ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmleyip, a\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik ortak bir m\u00fccadele geli\u015ftirilmezse sonu\u00e7 almak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Tam da bu noktada K\u00fcrdistan \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck M\u00fccadelesi ve Kad\u0131n \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck M\u00fccadelemiz ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z d\u00fcnya ve b\u00f6lge ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulunduruldu\u011funda yerel oldu\u011fu kadar evrensel nitelikte bir m\u00fccadele ger\u00e7e\u011fini ifade etmektedir. B\u00fct\u00fcn toplumsal sorunlara \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00fcretmeyi hedefleyen kapsaml\u0131 bir hamleye ihtiya\u00e7 duyulmas\u0131 bu ger\u00e7eklikten kaynakl\u0131d\u0131r. K\u00fcrdistan\u2019 da \u00e7e\u015fitli sloganlar ile y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen \u201cDe\u011fi\u015fim ve \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck \u0130\u00e7in Sende Aya\u011fa Kalk\u201d hamlesi bu kapsamda ele al\u0131nmal\u0131 ve anla\u015f\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Kad\u0131n Hareketi olarak daha \u00f6nce de \u00e7e\u015fitli kampanyalar\u0131n\u0131z oldu. Bununla birlikte y\u00f6nelimlerin en a\u011f\u0131r oldu\u011fu s\u00fcre\u00e7lerde kad\u0131nlar direni\u015fin \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc yapmaktad\u0131r. Bu kampanyan\u0131n ay\u0131rt edici \u00f6zelli\u011fi ne?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ku\u015fkusuz, Kad\u0131n Hareketi olarak daha \u00f6nce de bir\u00e7ok kampanya ve hamle s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc yapt\u0131k, m\u00fccadelesini verdik. Bunun sonucunda toplumda ciddi etkileri oldu, cinsiyet\u00e7i alg\u0131lar\u0131n k\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131nda kazand\u0131rd\u0131klar\u0131 var. Kad\u0131n m\u00fccadelesinin b\u00fcy\u00fcmesinde katk\u0131lar sa\u011flad\u0131. Ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z her hamlesel s\u00fcre\u00e7 daha iddial\u0131 ve kapsaml\u0131 ama\u00e7lar\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirme konusunda cesaret verdi, zemin a\u00e7t\u0131. Kad\u0131n toplumunda oldu\u011fu kadar genel toplumda da yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 fark\u0131ndal\u0131k, sorgulama d\u00fczeyi ve kad\u0131nlar\u0131n toplumsal sorunlar\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcnde irade olarak g\u00f6sterilmesinde ciddi de\u011fi\u015fimler yaratt\u0131. Kad\u0131nda geli\u015fen \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck bilinci s\u00fcrekli bir m\u00fccadele gereklili\u011fini ortaya koydu. Toplumsal duyarl\u0131l\u0131k ve fa\u015fizme kar\u015f\u0131 kad\u0131n direni\u015finin \u00f6nde olmas\u0131 bir ger\u00e7ekten kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131 al\u0131yor. Sorunuzda da ge\u00e7ti\u011fi gibi, hamle ba\u015flamadan \u00f6nce Leyle G\u00fcven \u015fahs\u0131nda kad\u0131nlar \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde d\u00f6rt par\u00e7a K\u00fcrdistan, yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve zindanlarda geli\u015ftirilen bir direni\u015f s\u00f6z konusuydu.&nbsp; \u00d6nderli\u011fimize y\u00f6nelik uygulanan tecridin k\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 hedefiyle ba\u015flat\u0131lan bu s\u00fcre\u00e7, \u00f6nemli bir kad\u0131n duru\u015fu ve iradesini a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kartt\u0131. Beyaz t\u00fclbentli analar\u0131n eylemlili\u011fi buna bir \u00f6rnektir. Kad\u0131n direni\u015finin toplumla bulu\u015fmas\u0131 \u00f6nemli d\u00fczeyde yank\u0131 buldu. Bunun sonucunda avukatlar \u0130mral\u0131 Adas\u0131\u2019na giderek \u00d6nderlik ile g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fme ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Kad\u0131nlar \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde geli\u015ftirilen direni\u015f tecridi k\u0131rd\u0131 diyebilir miyiz?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elbette tecridin bir b\u00fct\u00fcn k\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00f6ylenemez. Ama fa\u015fizmi ciddi anlamda zorlad\u0131 ve ba\u015fta \u00d6nderli\u011fimiz ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla b\u00fct\u00fcn topluma dayat\u0131lan tecrit duvar\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bir gedik a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00f6ylenebilir. En \u00f6nemlisi de, \u00d6nderli\u011fin s\u00fcreci de\u011ferlendiren, perspektif i\u00e7erikli mesajlar\u0131n\u0131n topluma ula\u015fmas\u0131d\u0131r. \u00d6nderli\u011fin perspektifleri toplumda \u00f6nemli bir moral ve motivasyon yaratt\u0131. K\u00fcrt sorunu ve bir b\u00fct\u00fcn b\u00f6lge sorunun \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcnde \u00d6nderli\u011fimizin tek muhatap ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm g\u00fcc\u00fc oldu\u011fu ger\u00e7ekli\u011fini bir kez daha a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kartt\u0131. Fa\u015fizmin ve uygulanan tecridin bir b\u00fct\u00fcn k\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 daha b\u00fcy\u00fck ve kapsaml\u0131 m\u00fccadeleyi gerektirmektedir. Ba\u015flat\u0131lan hamlenin esas ma\u00e7lar\u0131ndan biri de budur. Onun i\u00e7in K\u00fcrt kad\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fi her \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada, eylemde, e\u011fitimde ya\u015fam\u0131n her an\u0131nda oldu\u011fu gibi \u00d6nderli\u011fimiz \u00fczerindeki \u0130mral\u0131 tecridinin kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 g\u00fcndemi de stratejik \u00f6nemini halen korumaktad\u0131r. \u00d6nderli\u011fimizin \u00fczerinde uygulanan tecrit ayn\u0131 zamanda kad\u0131nlara, K\u00fcrt-T\u00fcrk halklar\u0131na ve demokrasiyi isteyenlere de uygulanan bir tecrittir. Ba\u015flat\u0131lan hamle temel de kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck problemlerine bir yan\u0131t olmak i\u00e7in geli\u015ftirilse de kapsam ve ama\u00e7 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan daha geni\u015f bir \u00e7er\u00e7eveyi kaps\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Daha \u00f6nceki kampanyalarla kad\u0131n sorununa \u00f6nemli d\u00fczeyde dikkat \u00e7ekti\u011finizi belirttiniz. Bu hamle ile de kad\u0131n\u0131n toplumsal sorunlara \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00fcretme hedefinde oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yl\u00fcyorsunuz. Hamle ile kampanya aras\u0131ndaki fark nedir?&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck sorunu salt bir kampanya ile ifade edilemez. Kampanya ile yukar\u0131da da belirtti\u011fimiz gibi sorunu g\u00fcndemde tutma ve duyarl\u0131l\u0131k yaratma amac\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yor. Kampanya fark\u0131ndal\u0131k, bilin\u00e7lenme, de\u011fi\u015fim ve d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcme \u00f6nemli katk\u0131lar sunuyor. Hamleler ise \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc kad\u0131n hareketlerinin potansiyelini her a\u00e7\u0131dan a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131r ve planlamalar\u0131n\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirir. Kampanyalar genelde daha k\u0131sa s\u00fcreli ve tek g\u00fcndemli ger\u00e7ekle\u015fiyor. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi kampanyalar \u00f6nemli olmakla birlikte, hamleler daha kapsaml\u0131 g\u00fcndemlerle m\u00fccadeleyi geli\u015ftirmeyi hedefliyor. \u00d6rne\u011fin d\u00fcnyada \u201cBir ki\u015fi daha eksilmeyece\u011fiz\u201d, \u201cMe- To\u201d vb. kampanyalar son derece etkili oldu. Sonu\u00e7 ald\u0131. \u00d6nemli bir kad\u0131n birlikteli\u011fi ve m\u00fccadelesi olu\u015fturdu. K\u00fcrt Kad\u0131n Hareketi olarak da bizim de ge\u00e7mi\u015fte bu tarzda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz \u00e7e\u015fitli kampanyalar olmu\u015ftu. Bu d\u00f6nemde ise, ge\u00e7mi\u015fi a\u015fan d\u00fczeyde b\u00fct\u00fcn toplumsal sorunlar\u0131 g\u00fcndemine alan bir kad\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131na ve m\u00fccadelesine duyulan ihtiya\u00e7tan kaynakl\u0131 hamle ba\u015flat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp; \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc kapitalist modernist sistem, ataerkil sistemin en \u00fcst d\u00fczeyini temsil etmektedir. Ancak kad\u0131nlar\u0131n birer s\u00f6m\u00fcrge haline getirilmelerinin tarihi \u00e7ok eski ve trajiktir. Kad\u0131na dayat\u0131lan k\u00f6lelik insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n en utan\u00e7 verici y\u00fcz\u00fcd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Erkek egemenli\u011finin tekelinde olan mitoloji, felsefe, din ve bilimler de, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ikinci cins bile diyemeyece\u011fimiz k\u00f6lelik stat\u00fcs\u00fc alt\u0131nda ya\u015famas\u0131n\u0131 me\u015fru k\u0131lmak ile me\u015fgul olmu\u015flard\u0131r. Kad\u0131n k\u00f6leli\u011fi, s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcs\u00fc bu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce bi\u00e7imlerinin geli\u015ftirilmesi temelinde do\u011falla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve kutsanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kutsal kitaplar egemen erkek akl\u0131 ile yorumlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kad\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015fmesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan yorumlanabilecek tan\u0131mlamalar g\u00f6rmezden gelinmi\u015f yahut tersine \u00e7evrilmi\u015ftir. \u0130ktidar d\u00fczenekleri, ya\u015fam\u0131n t\u00fcm alanlar\u0131nda ve her an en ba\u015fta kad\u0131n bedeni, ruhu ve cinselli\u011fi \u00fczerinden geli\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. Buna g\u00f6re bir aile ya\u015fam\u0131, ili\u015fkilerin in\u015fas\u0131, cinsel politikalar s\u00fcrekli olarak kad\u0131n k\u00f6leli\u011fini \u00fcretmektedir. Kad\u0131nlar evlilik ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda zindanlara kapat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve her bir kad\u0131n bir erke\u011fin k\u00f6lesi haline getirilmi\u015ftir. Kad\u0131n k\u00f6leli\u011fini kutsayan evlilik bi\u00e7imleri ile kad\u0131nlar\u0131n t\u00fcm ya\u015fam enerjileri, potansiyelleri bitirilip t\u00fcketilmektedir. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ev i\u00e7i emekleri g\u00f6r\u00fcnmezdir, de\u011fersizdir. Hane d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki emeklerinin \u00fccreti ise \u00e7ok d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck, sigortas\u0131zd\u0131r. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ya\u015fam i\u00e7indeki manevi g\u00fc\u00e7leri, ya\u015fam\u0131n yap\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131 olma rolleri ise hi\u00e7 g\u00f6r\u00fclmek istenmemektedir. Yasalar, kanunlar, gelenekler hepsi erkekten yanad\u0131r. Kad\u0131nlarla ilgili \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck hakikatlerinin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in devletler, iktidarlar \u00f6zel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00d6nderimiz Abdullah \u00d6calan\u2019\u0131n \u201c\u00d6zg\u00fcr E\u015f Ya\u015fam\u201d kuram\u0131n\u0131n anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131, tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 bu temel de ya\u015fam\u0131n yeniden ele al\u0131nmas\u0131 ihtiyac\u0131 vard\u0131r. Ba\u015flat\u0131lan \u201cDe\u011fi\u015fim ve \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck \u0130\u00e7in Sende Aya\u011fa Kalk\u201d hamlesi b\u00fct\u00fcn bu sorunlara cevap veren ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00fcreten geni\u015f kapsaml\u0131 ve stratejik bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmad\u0131r. Kad\u0131n Hareketi\u2019nin ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 ideolojik, toplumsal ve \u00f6rg\u00fctsel d\u00fczey sadece sorunlar\u0131n tespitini de\u011fil \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc de geli\u015ftirebilecek potansiyel ve iddiadad\u0131r. Yani ba\u015flat\u0131lan hamlenin bu derinlikte tarihsel arka plan\u0131, kad\u0131n perspektifi ve fark\u0131 vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Hamle de de\u011fi\u015fim s\u00f6zc\u00fc\u011f\u00fc dikkat \u00e7ekmekte, nas\u0131l bir de\u011fi\u015fim ve hangi y\u00f6ntem ile de\u011fi\u015fimi hedefliyorsunuz?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De\u011fi\u015fim kavram\u0131, kad\u0131nlar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli bir kavramd\u0131r. Bu kavrama \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck \u00e7er\u00e7evesinden bakmak \u00f6nemlidir. De\u011fi\u015fim kavram\u0131n\u0131, kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck zihniyeti, \u00f6zg\u00fcr ya\u015fam perspektifi temelinde verili erkek egemen ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131n reddi ve kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ya\u015fama \u00f6zg\u00fcrce kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 olarak anlamak en do\u011fru olan\u0131d\u0131r. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda Kad\u0131nlar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan k\u00f6kl\u00fc de\u011fi\u015fimlere, yeni tercihlere, ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7lara mutlak bir ihtiya\u00e7 vard\u0131r. Bunun zeminleri, dayanaklar\u0131n\u0131 kad\u0131n m\u00fccadeleleri ile olu\u015fturuldu. Ataerkil sistem kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck, e\u015fitlik, daha g\u00fczel, iyi bir ya\u015fam s\u00fcrd\u00fcrme istem ve taleplerine s\u00fcrekli olarak sald\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. Verili ya\u015fam korunmak istenmektedir. Evlilik ve aile ya\u015fam\u0131 devletin, erke\u011fin istedi\u011fi, belirledi\u011fi bir \u00e7er\u00e7eve i\u00e7inde ya\u015fan\u0131yor. Kad\u0131n-erkek ili\u015fkileri hem erke\u011fi hem kad\u0131n\u0131 k\u00f6lele\u015ftiren bir tuza\u011fa d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Sistemin t\u00fcketici, bireycilik, m\u00fclkiyet\u00e7ilik temelinde \u015fekillendirdi\u011fi ya\u015fam tarz\u0131, maneviyat\u0131, dostlu\u011fu ve sevgiyi bitirmi\u015ftir. \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ve demokrasi her g\u00fcn bu ev ya\u015fam\u0131nda katliama u\u011framaktad\u0131r. Yani asl\u0131nda ya\u015fam anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131nda zihniyette, kurumlarda k\u00f6kl\u00fc bir de\u011fi\u015fime ihtiya\u00e7 vard\u0131r. Sadece a\u015fk\u0131n geli\u015febilmesi i\u00e7in de\u011fil, normal insan ili\u015fkilerinin sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 geli\u015fmesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bile toplumsal m\u00fccadelelere daha fazla ilgi ve kat\u0131l\u0131m gerekiyor. Bireycilik, dostlu\u011fu ve a\u015fk\u0131 asla geli\u015ftiremez. Dostluk, sevgi, e\u015fitlik, adalet, demokrasi, e\u015fitlik ve a\u015fk ancak \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcleriyle in\u015fa edilen bir toplumsal ger\u00e7eklikte geli\u015fecek birlikteliklerle sa\u011flanabilir. Bundan kaynakl\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fim kelimesi anlaml\u0131d\u0131r. Radikal bir \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 ifade ediyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Hamlenin ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olmas\u0131 i\u00e7in, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ortak m\u00fccadelesinin \u00f6nemi ve di\u011fer toplumsal kesimlere d\u00fc\u015fen sorumluluklar nelerdir<\/strong>?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ku\u015fkusuz hamlenin ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131nda kad\u0131n\u0131n ortak m\u00fccadelesi \u00f6nemli olmakla birlikte, hamlenin hedeflerinden biri de bu ortakla\u015fman\u0131n s\u00fcreklili\u011fini sa\u011flamakt\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc 21. y\u00fczy\u0131l en \u00e7ok da kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015fme y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131 olacakt\u0131r. D\u00fcnyada kad\u0131n m\u00fccadelelerinin giderek geli\u015fti\u011fi bir y\u00fczy\u0131ld\u0131r. Kad\u0131nlar her zamankinden daha fazla kad\u0131n birli\u011finden, kad\u0131n enternasyonalizminden, kad\u0131n ortakla\u015fmas\u0131ndan, dayan\u0131\u015fmas\u0131ndan bahsediyor. Bu vesileyle ortak kad\u0131n m\u00fccadelesini, demokratik ittifaklar\u0131, kad\u0131n platformlar\u0131 ve a\u011flar\u0131yla birlikte geli\u015ftirilecek m\u00fccadele ile kurtulu\u015fumuzu sa\u011flayabiliriz. Tarihsel olarak da kad\u0131n m\u00fccadele ve deneyimlerinin, tecr\u00fcbelerin \u00e7ok yo\u011fun kazan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131, kad\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6z g\u00fcc\u00fcne dayal\u0131 olarak m\u00fccadele perspektifinde \u00f6nemli bir geli\u015fme ve pratikle\u015fme ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir d\u00f6nemdeyiz. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde kad\u0131nlar\u0131n daha yo\u011funla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce, planlama ile hedefli ve programl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 zorunlu hale gelmi\u015ftir. Ba\u015flat\u0131lan hamlenin, kad\u0131n\u0131n ortak m\u00fccadelesi konusunda t\u00fcm K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da, Ortado\u011fu ve d\u00fcnyada \u00f6nemli bir hareketlilik ve ivme kazand\u0131raca\u011f\u0131na inanmaktay\u0131z.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00d6te yandan, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015fme sorunlar\u0131 g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz itibar\u0131 ile sadece kad\u0131nlar\u0131n sorunu olmaktan \u00e7oktan \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Tarihsel a\u00e7\u0131dan da insan k\u00f6leli\u011fi kad\u0131nla ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Toplumsal t\u00fcm sorunlar\u0131n kayna\u011f\u0131nda kad\u0131n k\u00f6leli\u011fi yatmaktad\u0131r. Ya\u015fam\u0131n kad\u0131nlar taraf\u0131 bu denli karanl\u0131kta iken erkeklerin kendini \u00f6zg\u00fcr zannetmesi en b\u00fcy\u00fck gaflettir. \u0130nsanl\u0131k a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan k\u00f6lelik, egemenlik rol ve misyonlar\u0131 i\u00e7inde olmak, ya\u015fama en b\u00fcy\u00fck ihaneti yapma anlam\u0131na gelmektedir. Erkekler d\u00fczenin bek\u00e7isi, uygulay\u0131c\u0131s\u0131, d\u00fczeni temsil etme konumundan kendilerini \u00e7\u0131karabilmelidirler. Erkekler de b\u00fcy\u00fck bir bilin\u00e7, nefis sava\u015f\u0131m\u0131, iddia ile kendi \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fcklerini elde edebilirler. Erkeklerin kad\u0131n m\u00fccadelesi konusunda eski zamanlara g\u00f6re daha fazla bir duyarl\u0131l\u0131k ve de\u011fi\u015fim istemleri oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz. K\u00f6le bir kad\u0131nla k\u00f6le bir erkek aras\u0131nda a\u015fk ya\u015fanamaz. Arkada\u015fl\u0131k ve dostluk geli\u015ftirilemez. K\u00f6le bir kad\u0131nla k\u00f6leci ili\u015fkiler geli\u015fir, bu da ya\u015fam\u0131n kalitesi, seviyesi ve i\u00e7eri\u011fi bak\u0131mdan son derece geri bir durumu ifade eder. Bu da ya\u015fam\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6lle\u015fmesi demektir. Basit bir ya\u015fam\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmek istemeyen erkeklerin de bu konuda kendilerini e\u011fitmeleri, de\u011fi\u015ftirmeleri gerekir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131 ile kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesinde erkekler b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u00f6zele\u015ftiri ile samimi bir \u015fekilde kat\u0131l\u0131m g\u00f6stermelidirler. \u00d6rne\u011fin kad\u0131n e\u015fba\u015fkanl\u0131k ve e\u015fit temsiliyet ilkesi son derece \u00f6nemli bir toplumsal ilkedir. Erkeklerin ve kad\u0131nlar\u0131n bu ilkeyi do\u011fru, demokratik bir tarzda i\u015fletmesi gerekir. Erkeklerin zaman zaman e\u015fba\u015fkanl\u0131k sistemini, e\u015fit temsiliyeti uygulamak istemedikleri, bo\u015fa \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 duyuyoruz. Oysaki bu sistem ile yeni bir ya\u015fam\u0131n, e\u015fit ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrce bir ya\u015fam\u0131n yollar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131lmak isteniyor. Bir kad\u0131n\u0131n tecr\u00fcbesi az oldu\u011funda hemen g\u00fcndem yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Ama bir erkek ne kadar tecr\u00fcbesiz, yetersiz de olsa kabul ediliyor. Bunlar do\u011fru de\u011fildir. Kad\u0131nlarda kendilerini geli\u015ftirmeliler. E\u011fitmeliler yeterli bir duruma kendilerini getirmek i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmal\u0131d\u0131rlar. Bu anlamda ba\u015flat\u0131lan hamle ayn\u0131 zamanda kad\u0131n sisteminin olu\u015fturulmas\u0131, kad\u0131n\u0131n demokratik ulus boyutlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fctlendirilmesi hamlesidir. Yani toplumun yeniden in\u015fas\u0131, alternatifin geli\u015ftirilmesi hamlesidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck hareketlerinin \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc geli\u015ftik\u00e7e, kad\u0131n sistemi geli\u015ftirildik\u00e7e, kad\u0131nlar \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc kad\u0131n kimlikleri ile hareket edip m\u00fccadele ettik\u00e7e erkeklerin ve toplumun de\u011fi\u015fim ve d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc de ger\u00e7ekle\u015febilecektir. \u00d6rg\u00fctl\u00fc kad\u0131n kimli\u011fi ile yeni bir sosyalle\u015fme, geli\u015fme sa\u011flayabileceklerdir. Toplum t\u00fcm\u00fc kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck \u00e7izgisi ve m\u00fccadelesine sahiplendik\u00e7e toplumsal sorunlar azalacak ve g\u00fczel bir ya\u015fam\u0131n temelleri at\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Bu hamle ile kad\u0131nda, erkek de ve toplumun genelinde nas\u0131l bir \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck zihniyetini ve ruhunu yaratmay\u0131 ama\u00e7l\u0131yorsunuz? Bu konuda erke\u011fe ve kad\u0131na d\u00fc\u015fen g\u00f6revler nelerdir?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;KJK olarak bu hamlenin bir \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck zihniyeti ve ruhunu, co\u015fku ve moralini yaratmas\u0131 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan son derece \u00f6nemli bulmaktay\u0131z. Kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 \u00f6ncelikle inan\u00e7 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131d\u0131r. Mevcut egemen erkek d\u00fczene\u011fini kabul etmeme ve \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f g\u00f6sterme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131d\u0131r. Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck zihniyetinin geli\u015ftirilmesi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 \u00f6nemlidir. Kad\u0131n bilinci, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n cins m\u00fccadelesi, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n birbirlerine sahiplenmesini geli\u015ftirecek bir ruhsal motivasyon ve yo\u011funla\u015fma \u00f6nemlidir. Kad\u0131nlar \u201cNas\u0131l ya\u015famal\u0131n\u0131n\u201d cevaplar\u0131 \u00fczerine daha derinlikli yo\u011funla\u015fmal\u0131lar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kad\u0131nlar kendine ait olmay\u0131, kendini bilmeyi, \u00f6z irade ve kararla\u015fmay\u0131 nas\u0131l geli\u015ftirecek? Bu temel bir problemimizdir. Kad\u0131nlar olarak erkeklerin devlet ve iktidar ara\u00e7lar\u0131 ile bir sonuca gidemeyiz. Devlet ve iktidar anlay\u0131\u015flar\u0131 ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yapmak erke\u011fe benze\u015fmektir. Bu da egemen erkek sisteminin d\u00fczenekleri i\u00e7inde bir \u00e7ark olmak, sistemin \u00fcreticisi olmak anlam\u0131na gelmektedir. Kad\u0131n m\u00fccadelelerinin geli\u015fti\u011fi bu d\u00f6nemde yanl\u0131\u015f \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck anlay\u0131\u015flar\u0131 geli\u015ftirilerek kad\u0131n sisteme dahil edilmek isteniyor. Buna da dikkat etmeliyiz. Egemen erke\u011fin iktidarc\u0131 anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 mutlaka a\u015f\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u00d6nderli\u011fimizin ya\u015fam konusunda de\u011ferlendirmeleri her zaman olmu\u015ftur. \u00d6rne\u011fin toplumda \u201cSevginin genelle\u015ftirilmesi\u201d gerekti\u011fini belirtmi\u015fti. Yani sadece bir erke\u011fe, kad\u0131na, aileye, a\u015firete, kendi \u00e7ocu\u011funa de\u011fil sevginin t\u00fcm insanl\u0131kla payla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 ve bunun esas al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nermekteydi. \u201cK\u00fcrdistan\u2019da sevgiyi genelle\u015ftirmek en b\u00fcy\u00fck devrimdir\u201d demi\u015fti. Ebetteki bu sorun sadece K\u00fcrtlerin ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir sorun de\u011fil, bir insanl\u0131k sorunudur. K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da m\u00fccadelemizle birlikte yeterli olmasa da bu konuda \u00f6nemli mesafeler al\u0131nd\u0131. Ancak egemen sistem s\u00fcrekli olarak bireycili\u011fi, bencilli\u011fi, sadece kendini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme, kendini kurtarma mant\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 geli\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck bir m\u00fccadele y\u00fcr\u00fctmektedir. Bu hamle ile birlikte \u00f6ncelikle kad\u0131n ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131, toplum ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131, kendimizi sorgulamal\u0131y\u0131z. Bu b\u00fcy\u00fck bir ihtiya\u00e7 ve gerekliliktir. Kolektif bir \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ruh ve m\u00fccadeleye ula\u015fmal\u0131y\u0131z. Egemen erkek sisteminin, T\u00fcrk s\u00f6m\u00fcrgecili\u011finin bize reva g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc son derece insanl\u0131k d\u0131\u015f\u0131 bir ya\u015fam ger\u00e7e\u011fi var. Daha anadilimizi bile konu\u015fam\u0131yoruz. K\u00fcrt\u00e7e \u015fark\u0131lar yasak. Zazaca kaybolmaya y\u00fcz tutmu\u015f diller aras\u0131ndad\u0131r. Alevilik, Diyanet\u2019e ba\u011fl\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor. Yani sistem kad\u0131nlar\u0131, K\u00fcrtleri, toplumu insan yerine koymamaktad\u0131r. Bu nedenle devlet ve d\u00fc\u015fman hakikati ve onun yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeye ve kendi \u00fczerimizdeki etkilerini g\u00f6r\u00fcp a\u015fma m\u00fccadelesi verilmesi gerekir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131 ile \u201cDe\u011fi\u015fim ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck\u201d hamlesi ayn\u0131 zamanda kendini sorgulama, devletin dayatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 kimliksizle\u015fmeye, k\u00f6lele\u015fmeye, yoksullu\u011fa, i\u015fsizli\u011fe, stat\u00fcs\u00fcz kalmaya, devletle i\u015fbirli\u011fine ve teslimiyete \u201chay\u0131r\u201d hamlesidir. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ahlak\u0131 ve politikas\u0131 temelinde ya\u015fam\u0131n yeniden d\u00fczenlenmesidir. Kad\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 \u015fiddet uygulanmas\u0131na, namus cinayetlerine, sava\u015fa ve \u015fiddete kar\u015f\u0131 geli\u015ftirilen bir hamledir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck sorunlar\u0131 temelinde b\u00fct\u00fcn K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da g\u00fcndemler olu\u015fturulmaktad\u0131r. T\u00fcrk i\u015fgaline kar\u015f\u0131 durmak kad\u0131n hamlesinin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 kapsam\u0131na girmektedir. T\u00fcrk i\u015fgalcili\u011finin, s\u00f6m\u00fcrgecili\u011finin K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da ve b\u00f6lgede geli\u015fmesi kad\u0131nlar\u0131n da k\u00f6lele\u015ftirilmesi anlam\u0131na gelmektedir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc AKP\u2019nin kad\u0131n d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131 politikalar\u0131 bilinmektedir. T\u00fcrkiye tarihinde kad\u0131na d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131k etme temelinde en sistematik ve kapsaml\u0131 politikalar AKP iktidar\u0131 d\u00f6neminde geli\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. DA\u0130\u015e\u2019in kad\u0131n politikalar\u0131 benimsenmektedir. Efr\u00een\u2019deki durum bunun \u00e7ok a\u00e7\u0131k bir \u00f6rne\u011fidir. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131 ka\u00e7\u0131ran, tecav\u00fcz eden, esir alan DA\u0130\u015e en fazla T\u00fcrk devleti taraf\u0131ndan korunmu\u015f ve desteklenmi\u015f ve halen de ayakta kalmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r. Ortado\u011fu\u2019da T\u00fcrk devletinin hakimiyeti, DA\u0130\u015e hakimiyetidir. Bu da kad\u0131nlar\u0131n derinlikli s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc alt\u0131na al\u0131nmas\u0131d\u0131r.
