Halklar\u0131n t\u00fcm manevi de\u011ferlerinin bile metala\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 buz ruhlu bir \u00e7a\u011f bu. \u0130nsan ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131n kapitalist sistemin \u00e7arklar\u0131 aras\u0131nda bozuk para gibi harcand\u0131\u011f\u0131 ac\u0131mas\u0131z bir y\u00fczy\u0131lday\u0131z. Kapitalist modernitenin damgas\u0131n\u0131 vurdu\u011fu bu \u00e7a\u011fda yayg\u0131n ve sistematik bir kad\u0131n ve \u00e7ocuk k\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 var. Biz kad\u0131nlar, binlerce y\u0131ll\u0131k direni\u015fle kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z mevzileri, de\u011ferleri kaybetme riski ile kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131yay\u0131z. D\u00fcnyan\u0131n bir\u00e7ok b\u00f6lgesinde tekelci sermaye iktidar\u0131n\u0131n dincilik, milliyet\u00e7ilik ve cinsiyet\u00e7ilik etraf\u0131nda hortlatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 t\u00fcm gerilikler en fazla kad\u0131nlar\u0131 vurmay\u0131 hedefliyor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc devasa boyutlara ula\u015fan t\u00fcm toplumsal sorunlar\u0131n alt\u0131nda kad\u0131n\u0131n binlerce y\u0131l \u00f6nceki b\u00fcy\u00fck kaybedi\u015fi ve k\u00f6lele\u015ftirilmesi yatmaktad\u0131r. Bu nedenle t\u00fcm toplumsal sorunlar\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc de kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesine ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r. R\u00eaber Abdullah \u00d6calan\u2019\u0131n deyimiyle \u2018\u2018Sorunlar\u0131n anas\u0131, \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlerin anas\u0131 dayat\u0131larak \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcl\u00fcr.\u2019\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ortado\u011fu\u2019da, Afrika\u2019da, Latin Amerika\u2019da ve Asya\u2019da ya\u015fayan kad\u0131nlar, kapitalist sistemin dayatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 k\u0131r\u0131m kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda bir uyan\u0131\u015f\u0131, var olma direni\u015fini ve m\u00fccadelesini ya\u015f\u0131yor. Bu direni\u015f ve m\u00fccadele 21. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131 bir kad\u0131n devrimi \u00e7a\u011f\u0131 yap\u0131yor. D\u00fcnyan\u0131n t\u00fcm tortular\u0131ndan yarat\u0131lan DA\u0130\u015e gibi bir ger\u00e7e\u011fin k\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na kad\u0131nlar \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck ediyor. Devrimlerin, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ideoloji ve felsefelerinin unutturulmak ve a\u015fa\u011f\u0131lanmak istendi\u011fi bu d\u00f6nemde kad\u0131nlar t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada jineoloj\u00eeyi tart\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. T\u00fcm erkek egemen ideolojileri sorgulayan bir kad\u0131n bilimini geli\u015ftirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorlar. D\u00fcnyan\u0131n her yerinde kad\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 geli\u015ftirilen \u015fiddeti durdurmak i\u00e7in ya\u015fam\u0131n t\u00fcm alanlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6z savunma-me\u015fru savunma bilinci ile ele al\u0131yorlar. Bunca zulme, erkek ter\u00f6r\u00fcne ra\u011fmen sanatla, edebiyatla, sa\u011fl\u0131kla, e\u011fitimle, ekonomi ile k\u0131sacas\u0131 ya\u015fam\u0131n t\u00fcm stratejik alanlar\u0131yla ilgili d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce, proje ve eylem olu\u015fturuyorlar. Xweb\u00fbn(Kendi) olmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorlar. Var olmamalar\u0131 i\u00e7in maruz b\u0131rak\u0131ld\u0131klar\u0131 zulme yenilmiyorlar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tam da bu ve daha bir\u00e7ok farkl\u0131 nedenden dolay\u0131 21. y\u00fczy\u0131l Ortado\u011fu ve d\u00fcnya kad\u0131n devrimini ya\u015fayacak. Ancak bu biz kad\u0131nlara ve bizim \u015fahs\u0131m\u0131zda toplumlar\u0131m\u0131za dayat\u0131lan k\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 durdurmam\u0131zla m\u00fcmk\u00fcn. Bunun i\u00e7in en az bizi katleden erkek egemen ak\u0131l kadar ortak ak\u0131l, \u00f6rg\u00fct, proje ve eylem \u00fcretmemiz gerekir. Kapitalist modernitenin y\u0131k\u0131ma u\u011fratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 kom\u00fcnal ya\u015fam tarzlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 yeniden \u00f6rmemiz gerekir. Kad\u0131n devrimini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirme iddias\u0131nda olan kad\u0131nlar olarak, temel tart\u0131\u015fma, yo\u011funla\u015fma, kararla\u015fma ve eyleme ge\u00e7me konular\u0131n\u0131 do\u011fru belirlememiz hayatidir. \u00d6nceliklerimiz, kad\u0131n devriminin sorumluluk ve g\u00f6revlerine, iddia d\u00fczeyine denk kadrola\u015fma, eylem ve m\u00fccadele felsefesi olu\u015fturmakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bizler birinci kad\u0131n devrimi olan neolitik devrimin ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fi Ortado\u011fu co\u011frafyas\u0131nda ya\u015fayan K\u00fcrdistanl\u0131 kad\u0131nlar olarak, ikinci kad\u0131n devriminin merkezinin de kendi k\u00f6kleri \u00fczerinde bu topraklarda geli\u015fece\u011fine inan\u0131yoruz. Bug\u00fcn K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da, Irak ve Suriye\u2019de, Hindistan Afganistan gibi \u00fclkelerde ya\u015fanan kad\u0131n direni\u015fleri-m\u00fccadeleleri; bu ikinci kad\u0131n devriminin habercileri olmaktad\u0131r. KJK, Ortado\u011fu\u2019nun can damarlar\u0131ndan olan K\u00fcrdistan ve K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n tarihi k\u00f6kleri \u00fczerinde do\u011fup geli\u015fen, kad\u0131n\u0131n, toplumun ve bireyin \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc i\u00e7in sava\u015fan K\u00fcrdistanl\u0131 kad\u0131nlardan olu\u015fan bir kad\u0131n sistemi. K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n on binlerce y\u0131ll\u0131k toplumsal tarihinde K\u00fcrt kad\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n her zaman belirleyici yeri olmu\u015ftur. Tarih bilgimiz ve bilincimiz bize bunu somut g\u00f6steriyor. Margaret olmu\u015f, xweb\u00fbn olma kararl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla g\u00f6\u011fs\u00fcn\u00fc erkek sald\u0131rganl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n kur\u015funlar\u0131na siper etmi\u015f ama ona asla teslim olmam\u0131\u015f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KJK daha say\u0131lamayacak kadar \u00e7ok bu K\u00fcrdistan\u00ee kad\u0131n kimliklerinin, duru\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n ve direni\u015flerinin son k\u0131rk y\u0131lda ye\u015feren ruhudur. K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da binlerce y\u0131ld\u0131r devam eden ana tanr\u0131\u00e7a gelene\u011finin, kad\u0131n etraf\u0131nda geli\u015fen toplumsall\u0131\u011f\u0131n, \u00fclkesi ve toplumsal de\u011ferleri sald\u0131r\u0131ya u\u011frad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda direnen kad\u0131nlar\u0131n 21. Y\u00fczy\u0131lda canlanan gelene\u011fidir. K\u0131rk y\u0131lda ismi, \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme modeli ve ara\u00e7lar\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fse de \u00f6z\u00fc hep bu direni\u015f de\u011ferleri olmu\u015ftur. Bu direni\u015f de\u011ferleri 1970\u2019lerde K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesiyle yeniden canlan\u0131rken K\u00fcrt kad\u0131nlar\u0131 da, K\u00fcrt ulusal m\u00fccadelesinde ba\u015f\u0131ndan itibaren Sakine Cans\u0131z \u015fahs\u0131nda yer ald\u0131. Sonras\u0131nda binlere varan kad\u0131n kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 ile ulusal m\u00fccadelede aktif yer ald\u0131lar. 1987\u2019de ilk kad\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesi olan YJWK(Yekitiya Jin\u00ean Welatparez\u00ean Kurdistan)\u2019yi kurdular. 1990\u2019l\u0131 y\u0131llarda geli\u015fen K\u00fcrdistan serhildanlar\u0131nda kad\u0131nlar Binev\u015f Agal \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde b\u00fcy\u00fck bir direni\u015f duru\u015fu sergilediler. 1990\u2019l\u0131 y\u0131llardan itibaren gerilla saflar\u0131na kitlesel kat\u0131l\u0131m sa\u011flad\u0131lar. 1993 y\u0131l\u0131nda K\u00fcrdistan da\u011flar\u0131nda kad\u0131n ordula\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n temellerini att\u0131lar. 1995\u2019de ilk kez \u00fclkede ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen kad\u0131n kongresinde YAJK(Yekitiy\u00ean Azadiya Jin\u00ean Kurdistan)\u2019\u0131 kurdular. 1995-1999 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda Kopu\u015f Teorisi, Erke\u011fi De\u011fi\u015ftirme-D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrme, \u00d6zg\u00fcr Ya\u015fam Projesi, Kad\u0131n Kurtulu\u015f \u0130deolojisi, temel arg\u00fcmanlar\u0131 temelinde \u00f6nemli yo\u011funla\u015fma-e\u011fitim s\u00fcre\u00e7leri ya\u015fayan YAJK, kendisini 13 Mart 1999\u2019da kad\u0131n partisi olarak ilan etti. B\u00f6ylece K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da kad\u0131n devrimi sa\u011flam temellere oturdu. 1999\u2019dan g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze kadar s\u0131ras\u0131yla PJKK, PJA, PAJK ad\u0131yla kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesinin \u00f6nc\u00fc g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn partile\u015fmesi devam etmektedir. K\u00fcrt kad\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n gerilladaki onlarca y\u0131ll\u0131k ordula\u015fma deneyim ve tecr\u00fcbeleri YJA STAR kimli\u011fiyle kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesinin \u00f6z ve me\u015fru savunma g\u00fcc\u00fc olarak \u00f6rg\u00fctlendirilip y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmektedir. K\u00fcrt kad\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesi toplumsal alanda da \u00e7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fc \u00f6\u011f\u00fctlenmelerle y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmektedir. Bu \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeler 2005 y\u0131l\u0131nda KJB (Kom\u00ean Jin\u00ean Bilind-Y\u00fcce Kad\u0131nlar Toplulu\u011fu) kimli\u011fiyle 2014 y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren KJK (Kom\u00eal\u00ean Jin\u00ean Kurdistan-K\u00fcrdistan Kad\u0131n Topluluklar\u0131) kimli\u011fiyle \u00e7at\u0131 \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesinde birle\u015ftiler. Bu \u00e7at\u0131 \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme i\u00e7indeki \u00f6rg\u00fctler, demokratik konfederal ili\u015fki diyalekti\u011fiyle birbirine ba\u011fl\u0131 yap\u0131lanmalard\u0131r. K\u00fcrdistan kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesinde geli\u015ftirilen bu \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeler 2001de Toplumsal S\u00f6zle\u015fme, 2008\u2019de Jineoloj\u00ee ideolojik, teorik ve kuramsal projeleri ekseninde geli\u015fmeyi esas ald\u0131lar. Bu projeler \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesinde s\u00fcreklili\u011fi, a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131m\u0131, derinle\u015fmeyi ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015fmeyi sa\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Y\u0131llar i\u00e7erisinde farkl\u0131 isimler ve \u00f6rg\u00fctsel modellerle \u00f6rg\u00fctlenen K\u00fcrdistan kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck hareketi m\u00fccadelesine KJK (Komal\u00ean Jin\u00ean Kurdistan\u00ea) kimli\u011fi ile devam ediyor. \u0130smimiz ve \u00f6rg\u00fct modellerimiz zaman\u0131n ihtiya\u00e7 ve ko\u015fullar\u0131na g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fse de as\u0131l kimli\u011fimiz \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fckt\u00fcr. Evrenin ak\u0131\u015f\u0131nda, diyalekti\u011finde, do\u011fas\u0131nda var olan \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn toplumsal do\u011fada da var oldu\u011funa inan\u0131yoruz. \u0130nsan eliyle in\u015fa edilen iktidar-devlet odakl\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lerin katletmesine ra\u011fmen halklar\u0131n kadim \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck damarlar\u0131n\u0131n direngenli\u011fine inan\u0131yor, bunu esas al\u0131yoruz. D\u00fcnya halklar\u0131na ya\u015fat\u0131lan kriz, katliam, k\u0131r\u0131m ve yabanc\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmaya halklar cephesinden \u00e7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fc, zengin, esnek ve yarat\u0131c\u0131 cevaplar olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 i\u00e7in K\u00fcrdistanl\u0131 ve Ortado\u011fulu kad\u0131nlar olarak aray\u0131\u015f i\u00e7indeyiz. Bu aray\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131z sadece tart\u0131\u015fmak, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmek ve yo\u011funla\u015fmaktan ibaret de\u011fil elbette. Ya\u015famda kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 olan ad\u0131mlar at\u0131yoruz, deniyoruz, \u00f6\u011freniyoruz. \u00d6zg\u00fcr varl\u0131klar\u0131m\u0131za y\u00f6nelik sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131, \u00f6z savunma felsefesiyle me\u015fru savunma \u00e7izgisinde sava\u015farak kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131yoruz. Kad\u0131nl\u0131k kimli\u011fimize ve onurumuza y\u00f6neltilen hakaretler, ideolojik sald\u0131r\u0131lar kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda donan\u0131m\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 geli\u015ftiriyor ve \u00f6zg\u00fcr kad\u0131n\u0131n kim oldu\u011funa, nas\u0131l ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131na dair ya\u015famsal de\u011feri olan ad\u0131mlar atmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. T\u00fcm bunlar\u0131n erkek egemen akl\u0131n ve onun iktidar\u0131n\u0131n kurumla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir d\u00fcnyada olmas\u0131 son derece zor ve amans\u0131z bir m\u00fccadele gerektiriyor. Toplumlara ve halklara dayat\u0131lan k\u0131r\u0131m kad\u0131n devrimini zorunlu k\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KJK bu zorunlulu\u011fu g\u00f6ren, analiz eden ama asla kabul etmeyen ve kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda diren\u00e7 odaklar\u0131 ve felsefesi olu\u015fturup \u00f6rg\u00fctlenen, m\u00fccadele eden g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir kad\u0131n konfederal sistemi olma aray\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n ifadesidir. 21. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n kad\u0131n devrimi y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131 oldu\u011fu bilinciyle, bu devrimi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmenin g\u00f6revlerini yerine getirmek i\u00e7in m\u00fccadele eder. Bu konudaki kararl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, iddias\u0131n\u0131 b\u00f6lgenin ve d\u00fcnyan\u0131n kad\u0131n hareketleriyle de tart\u0131\u015fan, t\u00fcm kad\u0131nlar\u0131n g\u00fcndemi yapmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bir duru\u015f sahibidir. Kapitalist modernitenin 21. y\u00fczy\u0131lda h\u00fccrelerimize kadar s\u0131zmak, ruhumuzu bile teslim almak isteyen ger\u00e7e\u011fini tan\u0131r, buna kar\u015f\u0131 toplumun t\u00fcm h\u00fccrelerine ula\u015fabilen ve \u00f6rg\u00fctleyebilen konfederal \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck a\u011flar\u0131 ile kar\u015f\u0131 durulabilece\u011fini savunur. KJK, bu a\u011flar\u0131 olu\u015fturmay\u0131 ve g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmeyi deniyor, bunun i\u00e7in amans\u0131z sava\u015f ko\u015fullar\u0131nda m\u00fccadele ediyor. Ayn\u0131 zamanda K\u00fcrdistanl\u0131, Ortado\u011fulu ve d\u00fcnyan\u0131n de\u011fi\u015fik \u00fclkelerinde ya\u015fayan kad\u0131nlar\u0131 bu deneyimle ortakla\u015fmaya \u00e7a\u011f\u0131r\u0131yor. Bu \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131n\u0131n iki y\u00f6n\u00fc var. Birincisi, K\u00fcrdistanl\u0131 ve Ortado\u011fulu kad\u0131nlarla ortak ya\u015fanan b\u00f6lgelerde direkt KJK \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131 alt\u0131nda ya da KJK ile ortak konfederal yap\u0131lanmalar olu\u015fturmad\u0131r. \u0130kincisi, her \u00fclkenin, b\u00f6lgenin ve k\u0131tan\u0131n kendi \u00f6zg\u00fcnl\u00fcklerine ve ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131na g\u00f6re kad\u0131n konfederal sistemini olu\u015fturup geli\u015ftirmesidir. Hepimiz, toplumsal krizlerin ve ulus-devlet\u00e7ili\u011fin ya\u015famlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 nas\u0131l katletti\u011fini ve zihinlerimizi ne kadar k\u00f6reltti\u011fini biliyoruz. Bunu durdurmak i\u00e7in \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131m\u0131z, konfederal kad\u0131n a\u011flar\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturmak, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesini d\u00fcnyan\u0131n t\u00fcm alanlar\u0131nda \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc ve e\u015f zamanl\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fctmektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u00fcnyada toplumlar kadar onlar ad\u0131na \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck iddias\u0131 ile yola \u00e7\u0131kan \u00f6nc\u00fcleri de ciddi bir a\u015f\u0131nma, bozulma ve k\u0131r\u0131m riskiyle kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131yad\u0131r. Bu nedenle 21. Y\u00fczy\u0131lda demokrasi ve kad\u0131n devrimi iddias\u0131 olanlar, kad\u0131n\u0131n ve toplumun, bireyin \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc \u00f6nemseyip bunun i\u00e7in sava\u015fanlar harekete ge\u00e7mek zorundad\u0131r. \u2018\u2018Nas\u0131l bir \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeyle \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesini etkili ve sonu\u00e7 al\u0131c\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fctebiliriz?\u2019\u2019 sorusuna mant\u0131kl\u0131 ve ya\u015famsal kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 olan cevaplar \u00fcretmek sorumlulu\u011fu ile kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131yad\u0131rlar. K\u00fcrdistan ve Ortado\u011fu\u2019da amans\u0131z T\u00fcrk fa\u015fizmi kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda oldu\u011fu kadar \u0130ran, Irak ve Suriye rejimlerinin K\u00fcrtlere inkarc\u0131 ve imhac\u0131 politikalar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 onlarca y\u0131ld\u0131r sava\u015f\u0131yoruz. KJK de bu m\u00fccadele deneyimlerine dayanarak geli\u015fen bir hareket. Bu nedenle onlarca y\u0131l\u0131n deneyimi ile biliyoruz ki, halklar\u0131n demokratik konfederal sistemi 21. Y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n en ge\u00e7erli, iddial\u0131 bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm projesidir. Her ulusun demokratik ulus olmay\u0131 ba\u015farmas\u0131, ulus-devlet hastal\u0131klar\u0131ndan kurtulmas\u0131 bu projenin hayata ge\u00e7irilmesinde ilk ad\u0131md\u0131r. Halklar\u0131n demokratik konfederalizmi, binlerce y\u0131ll\u0131k iktidar gelene\u011fi ve 300-400 y\u0131ll\u0131k ulus-devlet gelene\u011fi ile m\u00fccadele ederek geli\u015fecek iddial\u0131 bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00f6nerisidir. \u0130ddial\u0131d\u0131r \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc iktidar ve ulus-devlet gelene\u011finden daha eskidir, binlerce y\u0131ll\u0131k tarihi bir mirasa sahiptir. R\u00eaber Apo\u2019nun deyimiyle \u2018\u2018Tarih, \u00f6nemli oranda konfederal a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 ya\u015fanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u2019\u2019 200-300 y\u0131l \u00f6nce y\u0131k\u0131lan imparatorluklar bile konfederal yap\u0131dayd\u0131, bir\u00e7ok halk i\u00e7 i\u00e7e, kendi kimli\u011fi ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc, inanc\u0131n\u0131 koruyarak ya\u015fayabiliyordu. Belki bunun i\u00e7in belli bir vergi \u00f6d\u00fcyordu. Ancak sadece son y\u00fczy\u0131lda ulus-devletin halklara \u00f6detti\u011fi bedel, milyonlarca insan\u0131n katledilmesidir. Binlerce k\u00f6y, y\u00fczlerce kasaba ve \u015fehrin y\u0131k\u0131m\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130nsanl\u0131k, tarihi boyunca konfederal sistemde \u0131srar etmi\u015fse bu ahlak-vicdan ve bilin\u00e7 d\u00fczeyinde daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc oldu\u011fu i\u00e7indi. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde toplumsal krizler, kad\u0131n ve \u00e7ocuk katliamlar\u0131 zirvede ya\u015fan\u0131rken bunlardan sorumlu modellerde \u0131srar edilmesi ak\u0131l k\u00e2r\u0131 de\u011fildir. Ak\u0131l k\u00e2r\u0131 olan halklar\u0131 farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 ve zenginlikleri ile bir arada, bar\u0131\u015f ve demokrasi i\u00e7inde ya\u015fatacak siyasi \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm modellerini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmek, olu\u015fturmak ve geli\u015ftirmektir. Toplumlar\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 binlerce y\u0131ll\u0131k deneyimleri inceledi\u011fimizde bunun konfederal sistem oldu\u011funu rahatl\u0131kla anlayabiliriz. Klan, kabile ve a\u015firetlerin on binlerce y\u0131l temel toplumsal \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme birimi olarak kalmas\u0131 da onlar\u0131n konfederal \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesiyle m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmu\u015ftur. Bug\u00fcn kad\u0131nlar olarak yapmam\u0131z gereken, insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n bu deneyimlerini b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fckl\u00fc kavramakt\u0131r. Bu kavray\u0131\u015fla g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn k\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm olmu\u015f sorunlar\u0131na kad\u0131n akl\u0131yla, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ahlak\u0131 ve vicdan\u0131yla \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler yaratabilmektir. D\u00fcnyan\u0131n her yerinde ya\u015fanan sosyal, ekonomik, ekolojik, politik krizlerin kayna\u011f\u0131nda tarihin konfederal ak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 ters y\u00fcz eden ulus-devlet anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 yatmaktad\u0131r. Tarihin, halklar\u0131 farkl\u0131 kimlik ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerle bir arada huzur ve bar\u0131\u015f i\u00e7inde ya\u015fatabilen konfederal karakterini ulus-devlet zihniyeti ve yap\u0131lanmalar\u0131n\u0131 y\u0131kt\u0131. E\u011fer \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc, insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 ve toplumsall\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 yeniden kazanmak istiyorsak konfederal \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeleri geli\u015ftirmeliyiz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KJK bu inan\u00e7la \u00f6rg\u00fctlenen ve m\u00fccadele y\u00fcr\u00fcten bir kad\u0131n konfederal sistemidir. KJK, demokratik modernite paradigmas\u0131na dayanarak demokratik ulus ve halklar\u0131n demokratik konfederal sistemini geli\u015ftirme m\u00fccadelesini kad\u0131n \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde y\u00fcr\u00fctmenin iddias\u0131d\u0131r. Bu iddia temelinde kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck zihniyetini-felsefesini geli\u015ftirme, ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 K\u00fcrdistanl\u0131 ve Ortado\u011fulu kad\u0131nlarla, d\u00fcnya kad\u0131n hareketleriyle payla\u015fma \u00e7abas\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrekli geli\u015ftirmektedir. KJK konfederal kad\u0131n sistemini geli\u015ftirmeyi, kad\u0131nlarla ve toplumlarla payla\u015fmay\u0131, onlara tan\u0131tmay\u0131 ve anlatmay\u0131 tarihi bir sorumluluk olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcyor, ya\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KJK, bu ana do\u011frultu ve ihtiya\u00e7lar temelinde 2017 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n 2 Eyl\u00fcl-6 Eyl\u00fcl tarihleri aras\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fi 8. Ola\u011fan Genel Kurulunda g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc tart\u0131\u015fmalar, kararla\u015fmalara ula\u015ft\u0131. Bu kurultay daha \u00f6nce y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckte olan s\u00f6zle\u015fmeyi; geli\u015fen tart\u0131\u015fmalar, g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f ve \u00f6neriler kapsam\u0131nda yeniden ele ald\u0131. \u00d6zg\u00fcr toplumlarda ba\u011flay\u0131c\u0131 olan ahlakt\u0131r ve onun uygulama alan\u0131 olan politikad\u0131r yani toplumun demokratik eylemleridir. Ancak kapitalist modernitenin ve onun tekelci sermayeye dayal\u0131 sisteminin korkun\u00e7 bask\u0131lar\u0131 ve sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131 alt\u0131nda ya\u015fayan kad\u0131nlar ve toplumlar \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesinin baz\u0131 esaslar\u0131n\u0131, ilke ve g\u00f6revlerini s\u00f6zle\u015fme h\u00fckm\u00fcne yani bir hukuka ba\u011flamak durumundad\u0131r. KJK s\u00f6zle\u015fmesinin de b\u00f6yle bir \u00f6zelli\u011fi vard\u0131r. Bir yandan toplumlar ve kad\u0131nlar i\u00e7in \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ahlak\u0131n\u0131 ve vicdan\u0131n\u0131 yaratma m\u00fccadelesini dayand\u0131raca\u011f\u0131 ilke ve g\u00f6revleri belirler. Di\u011fer yandan bunlar\u0131n uygulanmas\u0131n\u0131 garanti edecek ve kolayla\u015ft\u0131racak ili\u015fki diyalekti\u011fini-i\u015fleyi\u015fini olu\u015fturur, hukukunu belirler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bu ama\u00e7la haz\u0131rlanan KJK s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi 2001 y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren K\u00fcrdistan kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck hareketinin g\u00fcndeme getirdi\u011fi ve d\u00fcnya kad\u0131nlar\u0131yla belli bir d\u00fczeyde payla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 Kad\u0131n\u0131n Toplumsal S\u00f6zle\u015fmesine dayan\u0131larak haz\u0131rland\u0131. Yine son y\u0131llarda R\u00eaber Abdullah \u00d6calan\u2019\u0131n \u00f6nerisi ve perspektifleri temelinde K\u00fcrdistan Kad\u0131n \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck Hareketinin geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi jineoloj\u00ee perspektifi, t\u00fcm KJK \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n oldu\u011fu kadar KJK s\u00f6zle\u015fmesinin de oturdu\u011fu ana eksenlerden biridir. Bu s\u00f6zle\u015fme KJK\u2019nin iddial\u0131, kararl\u0131 ve \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc bir bi\u00e7imde s\u00fcrekli m\u00fccadele edece\u011fi temel konular\u0131 \u00f6zetlemektedir. Ayn\u0131 zamanda halklar\u0131n demokratik konfederal sistemine paralel kad\u0131n konfederal sistemini geli\u015ftirme m\u00fccadelesinin 21. y\u00fczy\u0131ldaki gerek\u00e7elerini, dayanaca\u011f\u0131 paradigmay\u0131, tarihsel ve g\u00fcncel miras\u0131 geni\u015f ifade etmi\u015ftir. KJK s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi, toplumsal \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ve kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc m\u00fccadelesinin temel arg\u00fcmanlar\u0131na, ilkelerine ve g\u00f6revlerine kapsaml\u0131 yer verir. K\u00fcrt kad\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n kendi i\u00e7inde, b\u00f6lge kad\u0131nlar\u0131yla ve d\u00fcnya kad\u0131nlar\u0131yla ortakla\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnsel-pratik do\u011frultusunu olu\u015fturur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KJK s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi K\u00fcrdistanl\u0131 t\u00fcm kad\u0131nlara oldu\u011fu kadar Ortado\u011fulu ve d\u00fcnyada ya\u015fayan t\u00fcm kad\u0131nlara ula\u015fmada \u00f6nemli bir zemin olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. KJK s\u00f6zle\u015fmesinde, K\u00fcrdistanl\u0131 kad\u0131nlar\u0131n tarihi-g\u00fcncel deneyimlerine dayanarak kad\u0131n etraf\u0131nda \u00f6r\u00fclecek toplumsal ya\u015fam sisteminin stratejik unsurlar\u0131na yer vermi\u015ftir. \u015e\u00fcphesiz bu s\u00f6zle\u015fme, kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesinin t\u00fcm kapsam\u0131n\u0131 anlatmaya yeterli de\u011fildir, zaten bunun yeri de s\u00f6zle\u015fme de\u011fildir. Ancak KJK S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi, K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da ya\u015fayan fa\u015fist ve \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131 e\u011filimler d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki t\u00fcm kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00fczerinde ortakla\u015fabilece\u011fi ana konular\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ifade eder. Bu anlamda KJK s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi ba\u015fta K\u00fcrdistanl\u0131 kad\u0131nlar olmak \u00fczere t\u00fcm kad\u0131nlar\u0131 \u00f6zg\u00fcr toplum ve \u00f6zg\u00fcr kad\u0131n i\u00e7in ortak \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeye bir \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131 olarak okunabilir. Zaten KJK, ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bu erkek egemen d\u00fcnyan\u0131n y\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fc ve ruhunu de\u011fi\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in, bu d\u00fcnyan\u0131n K\u00fcrdistan\u2019a dayatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 kirli sava\u015f\u0131 bo\u015fa \u00e7\u0131karmak i\u00e7in t\u00fcm K\u00fcrdistanl\u0131 kad\u0131nlar\u0131 ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 k\u00f6ylerde, kasabalarda, \u015fehirlerde, mahallelerde konfederal yap\u0131lanmay\u0131 olu\u015fturmaya ve g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmeye \u00e7a\u011f\u0131r\u0131r. KJK, K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da ya\u015fayan t\u00fcm kad\u0131nlar\u0131n konfederal \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesi olmay\u0131 hedefler. Felsefi, ilkesel ve ama\u00e7sal olarak b\u00f6yledir. T\u00fcm K\u00fcrdistanl\u0131 kad\u0131nlar\u0131 kapsayan bir konfederal \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme olmak i\u00e7in \u00e7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fc m\u00fccadele eder. E\u011fitim, diplomasi-ittifak, ortak toplant\u0131lar d\u00fczenleme, K\u00fcrdistanl\u0131 kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00f6ncelikli sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 tespit etme ve ortak \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler \u00fcretme ve daha pek \u00e7ok alanda K\u00fcrdistanl\u0131 kad\u0131nlarla ortakla\u015fmay\u0131 hedefler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KJK\u2019nin temel ama\u00e7lar\u0131ndan biri de K\u00fcrtlerin ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 t\u00fcm \u00fclkelerde \u00f6rg\u00fctlenip g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc m\u00fccadele etmektir. Bu \u00fclkelerde ya\u015fayan farkl\u0131 halklardan kad\u0131nlarla diyalog, payla\u015f\u0131m, g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f-al\u0131\u015f veri\u015fi, ortak \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme, ortak eylem g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc olu\u015fturmak i\u00e7in m\u00fccadele eder. Bu ama\u00e7la KJK s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi ayn\u0131 zamanda farkl\u0131 halklardan, inan\u00e7 ve etnik gruplardan, de\u011fi\u015fik kimliklerden kad\u0131nlar\u0131 da kapsaman\u0131n ilke ve yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7erir. Halklarla ve t\u00fcm kad\u0131nlarla birlikte Ortado\u011fu ve K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da demokratik konfederal sistemi \u00f6rmek isteyen KJK, bu temelde s\u00f6zle\u015fmesine stratejik de\u011ferde \u00f6nem arz eden hususlar\u0131 alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu nedenle KJK s\u00f6zle\u015fmesini okuyan ve tart\u0131\u015fan kad\u0131nlara \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131lar\u0131 nettir. KJK s\u00f6zle\u015fmesini okuyan t\u00fcm K\u00fcrdistanl\u0131 kad\u0131nlar, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n neresinde olursa olsunlar kendilerini KJK\u2019yi in\u015fa etme s\u00fcrecinin, g\u00f6rev ve sorumlulu\u011funun bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak g\u00f6rebilirlerse kad\u0131n\u0131n konfederal sistemini \u00e7ok daha h\u0131zl\u0131 olu\u015fturabiliriz. Yine bizzat K\u00fcrdistan b\u00f6lgelerinde ya\u015fayan t\u00fcm kad\u0131nlara KJK s\u00f6zle\u015fmesinin \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131; ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 mek\u00e2nlar\u0131 kom\u00fcn, meclis, akademi, kooperatif ve komiteler temelinde \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011fe kavu\u015fturmalar\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KJK s\u00f6zle\u015fmesinin Ortado\u011fulu kad\u0131nlara \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 da a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r. T\u00fcm Ortado\u011fulu halklar\u0131 vuran milliyet\u00e7ilik, ulus-devlet zihniyetinden kurtulman\u0131n yolu, halklar\u0131n ve kad\u0131nlar\u0131n demokratik konfederal sistemini zihinsel ve pratik in\u015fa etmektir. Bu anlamda Ortado\u011fulu kad\u0131nlarla bulu\u015fma, payla\u015fma ve ortak hareket etme \u015fans\u0131m\u0131z ve zeminlerimiz \u00e7ok daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fcd\u00fcr. KJK s\u00f6zle\u015fmesini K\u00fcrt kad\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ve bar\u0131\u015f temelinde Ortado\u011fulu halklar ve kad\u0131nlarla s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi olarak da okuyabiliriz. Ortado\u011fulu kad\u0131nlar\u0131n bu s\u00f6zle\u015fmeyi okuduk\u00e7a anlamak, tart\u0131\u015fmak ve ataca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ortak ad\u0131mlar\u0131 ortak s\u00f6zle\u015fmelere kavu\u015fturmak i\u00e7in daha \u00e7ok \u00e7aba i\u00e7inde olacaklar\u0131na inan\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KJK s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n de\u011fi\u015fik b\u00f6lgelerindeki kad\u0131nlara da g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc mesajlar ve \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131lar i\u00e7ermektedir. Afrika, Latin Amerika ve Asya\u2019daki baz\u0131 \u00fclkelerde ya\u015fanan devrim ve m\u00fccadele deneyimleri K\u00fcrdistan ve Ortado\u011fulu deneyimlerle benzerlikler i\u00e7ermektedir. Yine bu alanlarda uzun vadeli s\u00f6m\u00fcrgele\u015ftirmeler ya\u015fand\u0131. Yine her k\u0131tan\u0131n, her b\u00f6lge ve \u00fclkenin kendine \u00f6zg\u00fc k\u00f6kleri, direni\u015f damarlar\u0131 ve gelenekleri var. Bu geleneklerin K\u00fcrdistan direni\u015f gelenekleriyle bir\u00e7ok ortak y\u00f6n\u00fc var. Bu durum, bu b\u00f6lgelerdeki halklarla ve kad\u0131nlarla bulu\u015fmada ortak paydalar yarat\u0131yor. Bu nedenle ya\u015fam\u0131n her alan\u0131nda ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 deneyimlere dayanarak, bu konuyu s\u00f6zle\u015fmesinde ilkesel ele al\u0131r. Bu anlamda karma \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ve m\u00fccadele zeminlerinde kad\u0131nlarla erkekler aras\u0131nda, kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcn-\u00f6zerk \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeleri ve genel \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeler aras\u0131nda olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 gereken ili\u015fki diyalekti\u011fini \u00f6nemser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KJK s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi bu konuda da alternatif \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00f6nerileri i\u00e7ermektedir. Bu \u00f6neriler e\u015fit temsiliyet ve onun bir uygulamas\u0131 olarak e\u015f ba\u015fkanl\u0131k sisteminde somutla\u015f\u0131yor. KJK sisteminde t\u00fcm kad\u0131n e\u015f ba\u015fkanlar\u0131 kad\u0131nlar belirler. E\u015fit temsiliyet ve e\u015f ba\u015fkanl\u0131k sistemini t\u00fcm kad\u0131nlar\u0131n g\u00fcndemine almas\u0131, karma zeminlerde ya\u015fanan farkl\u0131 farkl\u0131 sorunlara \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm aray\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirecektir. KJK s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi ayn\u0131 zamanda, kapitalist modernitenin kad\u0131n ve erke\u011fi birbirine yabanc\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131p her iki cinsi s\u00f6m\u00fcrmesine kar\u015f\u0131 cevaplar \u00fcreten bir s\u00f6zle\u015fmedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KJK,K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesinin sistemi olarak kabul etti\u011fi genel konfederal sisteme paralel bir kad\u0131n konfederal sistemi olarak \u00f6rg\u00fctlenir. Genel konfederal sistem i\u00e7inde \u00f6zerk \u00f6rg\u00fctlenir. Hem KJK sistemindeki hem de genel konfederal sistemdeki t\u00fcm kad\u0131nlar hakk\u0131nda kad\u0131nlar karar al\u0131rlar. Erkekler, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne kar\u0131\u015fmaz yani kad\u0131nlar\u0131n d\u00fczenlenmesine, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 nas\u0131l y\u00fcr\u00fcteceklerine kar\u0131\u015fmazlar. Ortak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma zeminlerinde g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f al\u0131\u015f-veri\u015fi olsa da kad\u0131nlar hakk\u0131nda karar mekanizmas\u0131 kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcn \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcd\u00fcr. Demokratik konfederal sistem de t\u00fcm karma \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar i\u00e7inde kom\u00fcn ve meclislerden ba\u015flayarak e\u015f ba\u015fkanl\u0131k ve e\u015fit temsiliyet bir ilke olarak kabul edilir. KJK sistemi kad\u0131n iradesine, \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne, kad\u0131n sevgisi ve birlikteli\u011fine, kendi kendine karar alma mant\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcc\u00fcne dayan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da ve Ortado\u011fu\u2019da ya\u015fayan kad\u0131nlar ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere t\u00fcm kad\u0131nlarla ortakla\u015fmak istedi\u011fimiz ana konulardan biri de kad\u0131n katliam\u0131n\u0131 ortak ak\u0131l, \u00f6rg\u00fct ve m\u00fccadele ile durdurmakt\u0131r. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada kad\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 y\u00fckseltilen \u015fiddet dalgas\u0131, halklara kar\u015f\u0131 geli\u015ftirilen fa\u015fist sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131n da kayna\u011f\u0131 olan t\u00fcm iktidar ideolojilerinin \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f ideolojisi cinsiyet\u00e7ilikten besleniyor. Bu kapsamda KJK s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi \u2018\u2018kad\u0131n \u015fahs\u0131nda toplumlara dayat\u0131lan ekonomik, ruhsal, ekolojik, demografik k\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da, b\u00f6lgede ve d\u00fcnyada nas\u0131l durdurabiliriz sorunsall\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 cevaplamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KJK, 21. Y\u00fczy\u0131la damgas\u0131n\u0131 vuracak olan Ortado\u011fu ve d\u00fcnya kad\u0131n devrimlerinin \u00f6nc\u00fc \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmelerinden biri olma iddias\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrekli geli\u015ftirecektir. D\u00fcnyan\u0131n, insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n, do\u011fan\u0131n, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n, t\u00fcm kad\u0131n ve erkeklerin kurtulu\u015fu, \u00f6zg\u00fcr zihniyetli, \u00f6zg\u00fcr karakterli kad\u0131n\u0131 ve erke\u011fi geli\u015ftirmekten ge\u00e7iyor. Kad\u0131n \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck hareketi kendisini 13 Mart 1999\u2019da kad\u0131n partisi olarak ilan etti. 1999\u2019dan g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze kadar s\u0131ras\u0131yla PJKK, PJA, PAJK ad\u0131yla kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesinin \u00f6nc\u00fc g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn partile\u015fmesi devam etmektedir. K\u00fcrt kad\u0131nlar\u0131 onlarca y\u0131ll\u0131k gerilladaki ordula\u015fma deneyim ve tecr\u00fcbeleri YJA STAR kimli\u011fiyle kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesinin \u00f6z ve me\u015fru savunma g\u00fcc\u00fc olarak \u00f6rg\u00fctlendirilip y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmektedir. K\u00fcrt kad\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesi toplumsal alanda da \u00e7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fc \u00f6\u011f\u00fctlenmelerle y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmektedir. Bu \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeler 2005 y\u0131l\u0131nda KJB (Kom\u00ean Jin\u00ean Bilind-Y\u00fcce Kad\u0131nlar Toplulu\u011fu) kimli\u011fiyle 2014 y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren KJK (Kom\u00eal\u00ean Jin\u00ean Kurdistan-K\u00fcrdistan Kad\u0131n Topluluklar\u0131) kimli\u011fiyle \u00e7at\u0131 \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesinde birle\u015ftiler. Bu \u00e7at\u0131 \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeleri demokratik konfederal ili\u015fki diyalekti\u011fi ile birbirine ba\u011fl\u0131 yap\u0131lanmalard\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">K\u00fcrdistan kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesinde geli\u015ftirilen t\u00fcm bu \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeler Kopu\u015f Teorisi, Erke\u011fi De\u011fi\u015ftirme-D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrme, Kad\u0131n Kurtulu\u015f \u0130deolojisi, Toplumsal S\u00f6zle\u015fme, Jineoloj\u00ee ideolojik, teorik ve kuramsal projeler ekseninde geli\u015ftirildiler. K\u00fcrdistan kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesinin \u00f6nc\u00fcleri olan Sara (Sakine Cans\u0131z), Zekiye Alkan, Zilan (Zeynep K\u0131nac\u0131), Beritan (G\u00fclnaz Karata\u015f), Sema Y\u00fcce, \u015eirin Elemh\u00fbl\u00ee, Viyan Soran, Destina Qandil, Arin Mirkan ve R\u00eawan Kobani \u015fahs\u0131nda t\u00fcm kad\u0131n devrimi \u015fehitlerinin yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 miras ve binlerce K\u00fcrt kad\u0131n\u0131n eme\u011fi ile geli\u015fen kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck devrimi bug\u00fcn kendi \u00f6zg\u00fcr ya\u015fam sistemini yaratmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">K\u00fcrt kad\u0131nlar\u0131, demokratik modernite \u00e7a\u011f\u0131n\u0131n bir kad\u0131n devrimi \u00e7a\u011f\u0131 oldu\u011funa inan\u0131yor. Bu \u00e7a\u011fda kad\u0131nlar\u0131, kad\u0131n etraf\u0131nda geli\u015fecek toplumsal sisteme ve bu sisteme ula\u015ft\u0131racak kad\u0131n devrimine kanalize edebilece\u011fi konusunda iddial\u0131d\u0131r. K\u00fcrt kad\u0131nlar\u0131 bu iddiayla toplumsal \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelesini y\u00fckseltmektedir. <strong>Komal\u00ean Jin\u00ean K\u00fcrdistan-KJK (K\u00fcrdistan Kad\u0131nlar Toplulu\u011fu)<\/strong>, K\u00fcrdistan ve Ortado\u011fu\u2019da bu toplumsal sistemi demokratik ve konfederal yap\u0131yla ve bilin\u00e7lenme, \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme m\u00fccadelesiyle geli\u015ftirmektedir. KJK<strong>,<\/strong> kad\u0131nlar\u0131n yap\u0131land\u0131rmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir kad\u0131n sistemidir. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n varolu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6zg\u00fcrce tan\u0131mlamalar\u0131 ve ya\u015famalar\u0131 \u00f6n\u00fcndeki engelleri kald\u0131rmak i\u00e7in m\u00fccadeleyi geli\u015ftirmeyi ama\u00e7lar. Bu kad\u0131n sistemine kad\u0131n konfederalizmi, canl\u0131 bir kad\u0131n organizmas\u0131<strong>, <\/strong>kad\u0131n toplumsall\u0131\u011f\u0131 veya kad\u0131n etraf\u0131nda geli\u015ftirilmek istenen \u00f6zg\u00fcr toplum ekseni de diyebiliriz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toplumsal ya\u015fam deneyimlerimizi, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck m\u00fccadelelerinde, ulusal kurtulu\u015f, feminist, ekolojist hareketlerden edindi\u011fimiz tecr\u00fcbe ve birikimlerimizi iktidarc\u0131 akla alternatif d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnebilen \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck\u00e7\u00fc bir ak\u0131lla analiz ediyor, m\u00fccadelemizin ana kaynaklar\u0131 olarak de\u011ferlendiriyoruz. Bu analiz ve de\u011ferlendirme g\u00fcc\u00fcyle kad\u0131n devriminin tarihsel ve g\u00fcncel dinamiklerini sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 okumaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. Kad\u0131n devriminin dinamikleri evrenseldir. Kad\u0131n ve toplum \u00f6zg\u00fcrle\u015fmesinde yerel k\u00f6klerimiz \u00fczerinde bu evrenselli\u011fi muazzam bir \u015fansa d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrebiliriz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kad\u0131n etraf\u0131nda \u00f6rg\u00fctlenen ya\u015fam\u0131n, toplumun y\u0131k\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze kadar kesintisiz s\u00fcren do\u011fa ve toplum direni\u015fleri, m\u00fccadelemizin ana kayna\u011f\u0131d\u0131r. Bu direni\u015fler, \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme-eylem, m\u00fccadele strateji ve taktiklerimizin moral ve g\u00fc\u00e7 kayna\u011f\u0131d\u0131r. KJK, toplumsal do\u011fan\u0131n tarihini bu perspektifle okuyan ba\u015fta kad\u0131nlar, kad\u0131n hareketleri ve t\u00fcm toplumsal kesimlerle diyalog ve ili\u015fki, ittifak, ortak \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme ve m\u00fccadele geli\u015ftirir. K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da, Ortado\u011fu ve K\u00fcrt kad\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 her alanda demokratik kad\u0131n konfederalizmini \u00f6rg\u00fctlemek i\u00e7in m\u00fccadele y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcr. Konfederalizm yap\u0131lanmas\u0131 ile farkl\u0131 halklardan ve kimliklerden kad\u0131nlarla, ve kad\u0131n kurumlar\u0131yla diyalektik ili\u015fki a\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7inde g\u00fc\u00e7lerini birle\u015ftirmeyi ama\u00e7lar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kad\u0131nlar olarak, hayatlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n her h\u00fccresine s\u0131zan kapitalist modernitenin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnsel ve ya\u015famsal al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131ndan kurtulmak ve alternatiflerimizi \u00f6rg\u00fctlemek i\u00e7in ya\u015fam\u0131n her an\u0131nda ve her yerinde olmal\u0131y\u0131z. Ya\u015fam\u0131n ak\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131na, renklili\u011fine, \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fine ve farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131na cevap olabilecek bi\u00e7imde \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeliyiz. Ya\u015fam\u0131n t\u00fcm ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 ve \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fcze koydu\u011fu g\u00f6revler; i\u015flevsel, de\u011fi\u015fip d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015febilen ve esnek yap\u0131lanmalar\u0131 \u015fart k\u0131l\u0131yor. Bu yap\u0131lanmalar\u0131 geli\u015ftirerek kapitalist modernitenin t\u00fcm sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layabilir, durdurabilir ve kar\u015f\u0131 hamlelerle cevaplayabiliriz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bu g\u00f6revler, kad\u0131n devrimi \u00e7a\u011f\u0131na g\u00f6re ya\u015faman\u0131n ve m\u00fccadele etmenin gerekleridir. KJK, bu g\u00f6revleri ba\u015farmaya, kad\u0131n devrimine Ortado\u011fu\u2019da ve d\u00fcnyada \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck etmeye aday kad\u0131n yap\u0131lanmalar\u0131ndan biridir. Demokratik nitelikte, konfederal ili\u015fki diyalekti\u011finde \u00f6rg\u00fctlenen kad\u0131n konfederalizmi olarak KJK, kad\u0131n toplumsall\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n t\u0131kanan y\u00f6nlerini a\u015fmak ve toplumsal ya\u015fam\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcr in\u015fas\u0131 i\u00e7in m\u00fccadele etmektedir. Bunun i\u00e7in demokratik ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck\u00e7\u00fc bir zihniyet kazanarak \u00e7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fc \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fck geli\u015ftirmeyi ve m\u00fccadelenin zengin y\u00f6ntem ve ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturmay\u0131 hedeflemektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KJK,\u00f6zg\u00fcr ve demokratik, eko-ekonomik, cinsiyet \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck\u00e7\u00fc bir paradigma olan demokratik moderniteyi benimsemektedir. Bu paradigma temelinde; toplumun ahlaki-politikdokusunu a\u015f\u0131nd\u0131ran, t\u0131katan ve sakatlayan olgularla m\u00fccadele etmektedir. Toplumun ahlak\u0131-politik dokusunun sakatlanmas\u0131nda t\u00fcm iktidarlar\u0131n \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f ideolojisi olan cinsiyet\u00e7ili\u011fin ve onun t\u00fcrevleri olan devlet\u00e7ili\u011fin, dincili\u011fin, milliyet\u00e7ili\u011fin ve bilimcili\u011fin zihniyet kal\u0131plar\u0131 ve \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc kurumlar\u0131 belirleyicidir. \u00d6zellikle tarihi-k\u00fclt\u00fcrel de\u011ferleri i\u00e7in m\u00fccadele etti\u011fimiz Ortado\u011fu, son iki y\u00fczy\u0131lda ulus-devlet ve milliyet\u00e7ilik ideolojisiyle zehirlendi. KJK, Demokratik-ulus ve Demokratik Ortado\u011fu Konfederalizmin geli\u015fimii\u00e7in zihinsel, duygusal, ruhsal, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel, politik ve \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc \u00e7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fc e\u011fitim faaliyeti ve m\u00fccadele y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bu m\u00fccadele, kad\u0131n kurtulu\u015f ideolojisi ve jineoloj\u00ee temelinde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmektedir. <strong>Jineoloj\u00ee, (kad\u0131n bilimini)<\/strong> iktidarla b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015ferek kapitalist modernitenin tekeline giren, toplumdan, kad\u0131ndan ve do\u011fadan k\u00f6kl\u00fc kopu\u015fu ya\u015fayan bilgi ve bilime alternatif olarak geli\u015fir. Analitik ve duygusal zek\u00e2 aras\u0131ndaki k\u00f6pr\u00fcy\u00fc yeniden kuran jineoloj\u00ee bilgi ve bilimi, ahlaki-politik toplumun hayati \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131 i\u00e7in bir yol olarak de\u011ferlendirir. Kapitalist modernitenin dili olan pozitivist bilgi ve bilime alternatif olarak; toplumun ahlaki-politik varolu\u015funu s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmeyi, korumay\u0131 ve beslemeyi ama\u00e7lar. Toplumsal do\u011fan\u0131n on binlerce y\u0131ll\u0131k ya\u015fam pratiklerini, ana tanr\u0131\u00e7a k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn miras\u0131n\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck bir bilgi hazinesi olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcr. Do\u011fay\u0131 ve toplumu katleden en ac\u0131mas\u0131z iktidar bi\u00e7imi olan kapitalizmin anti-ekolojik karakterine kar\u015f\u0131 KJK, ekolojiyi temel bir ideolojik bilin\u00e7 formu olarak geli\u015ftirir. Ekolojinin, sadece \u00e7evrenin de\u011fil, toplumsal do\u011fan\u0131n da ideal \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm g\u00fcc\u00fc oldu\u011funa inan\u0131r. KJK, bu fark\u0131ndal\u0131kla kad\u0131n \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde toplumun \u00f6z savunma bilincini, \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ve m\u00fccadelesini geli\u015ftirir. Ortado\u011fu ger\u00e7e\u011finde \u00f6z savunmas\u0131 geli\u015ftirilmeyen hi\u00e7bir kimlik, iktidarc\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7 odaklar\u0131n\u0131n kurban\u0131 olmaktan kurtulamaz. Boyutlar temelinde geli\u015ftirilen bu \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeler, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ya\u015fam\u0131n her alan\u0131ndaki sorunlar\u0131na \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler geli\u015ftirir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00d6zg\u00fcn yap\u0131lanmas\u0131nda demokratik konfederal olan KJK; demokratik modernitenin temel ayaklar\u0131ndan biri olan demokratik ulusun in\u015fas\u0131n\u0131 ulus-devlet zihniyeti ve yap\u0131lanmalar\u0131na alternatif olarak \u00f6rg\u00fctlemede \u00f6nc\u00fc rol oynar. Bu kapsamda Komal\u00ean Civak\u00ean Kurdistan (KCK) konfederal yap\u0131lanmas\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde \u00f6zg\u00fcn-\u00f6zerk \u00f6rg\u00fctlenir. Burada demokratik ulusun boyutlar\u0131 olan k\u00fclt\u00fcrel, ekonomik, sosyal, siyasi, hukuki, diplomatik, ekolojik, e\u011fitim-sa\u011fl\u0131k, \u00f6z savunma \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na kat\u0131l\u0131r. KJK, KCK sistemi ile paralel \u00f6rg\u00fctlenir ve KCK ile e\u015f g\u00fcdeme dayal\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r. KCK sistemi i\u00e7indeki kad\u0131nlar \u00f6zg\u00fcn \u00f6zerk \u00f6rg\u00fctlenir, her yerde e\u015fit temsiliyeti esas al\u0131r ve uygular. KCK i\u00e7erisinde \u00f6zg\u00fcn-\u00f6zerk \u00f6rg\u00fctlenen kad\u0131n birimi veya \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fckleri hem KCK\u2019ye hem de KJK\u2019ye kar\u015f\u0131 sorumludur. KCK sistemi i\u00e7inde yer alan kad\u0131nlar, KJK sistemi i\u00e7erisinde kazand\u0131klar\u0131 deneyim ve \u00f6zg\u00fcn bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 KCK ile payla\u015farak, KCK\u2019de kazand\u0131klar\u0131 deneyimi ise KJK sistemi ile bulu\u015fturarak her iki konfederal yap\u0131lanma aras\u0131nda bir a\u011f, bir ak\u0131\u015f olu\u015fturur. Bu a\u011f ve ak\u0131\u015f, KJK\u2019nin kad\u0131n etraf\u0131nda geli\u015fen toplumsall\u0131\u011f\u0131 yeniden canland\u0131rmas\u0131 hedefiyle de \u00f6rt\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KJK, her yerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 e\u015fit temsilliyete dayal\u0131 e\u015f s\u00f6zc\u00fcl\u00fck, e\u015f koordine, e\u015f ba\u015fkanl\u0131k, e\u015f komutanl\u0131k sistemi temelinde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcr. KJK, KCK sisteminin t\u00fcm \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmelerinde de yerelden genele e\u015fit temsiliyeti geli\u015ftirir. Erkek egemen ki\u015filik ve k\u00f6le kad\u0131n ki\u015fili\u011finin demokratik siyasete yans\u0131malar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in e\u015f ba\u015fkanl\u0131k sistemini esas al\u0131r. Do\u011fru ve \u00f6nemli buldu\u011fu e\u015f ba\u015fkanl\u0131k modelini, karma mekanizmalarda kad\u0131n-erkek aras\u0131nda tam e\u015fitli\u011fi sa\u011flayan, kad\u0131n ve erkek \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck problemini muazzam \u00e7\u00f6zen bir anahtar olarak \u0131srarla uygular. KJK, yasall\u0131k engeline tak\u0131lmadan bir ilke olarak geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi e\u015f ba\u015fkanl\u0131k modelini gerekti\u011finde de facto uygular. Kad\u0131n devrimini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmenin ve erke\u011fi d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmenin asal anahtarlar\u0131ndan biri olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcr. E\u015f ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 demokratik-\u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck\u00e7\u00fc paradigman\u0131n ve demokratik konfederalizmin \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm modeli olarak geli\u015ftirir. E\u015f ba\u015fkanl\u0131k ve e\u015fit temsiliyetin farkl\u0131 modelleri etraf\u0131nda kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131 deneyimleri, Ortado\u011fu ve d\u00fcnya kad\u0131n hareketleriyle, t\u00fcm devrimci-demokratik parti ve \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmelerle payla\u015farak, d\u00fcnya genelinde politikan\u0131n egemen erkek y\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fc ve ruhunu de\u011fi\u015ftirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KJK sisteminde yer alan t\u00fcm \u00f6rg\u00fctler kendi i\u00e7 i\u015fleyi\u015flerinde demokratik kriterleri esas alarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r. Toplumu demokratikle\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in siyaseti demokratikle\u015ftirmeyi, devleti demokratikle\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in de toplumu demokratikle\u015fmeyi hedefler. Kad\u0131n\u0131n demokratik siyaset alan\u0131nda politik irade olarak kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayacak mekanizmalar olu\u015fturur. Kad\u0131n\u0131n ortak \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc temelinde demokratik eylem g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc harekete ge\u00e7irir. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ve toplumsall\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n varolu\u015funu tehdit eden her t\u00fcrl\u00fc sald\u0131r\u0131ya kar\u015f\u0131 \u00f6z savunmas\u0131n\u0131 yapar. Bu ama\u00e7la KJK kom\u00fcn, meclis, akademi ve kooperatifleri temel \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme modelleri olarak geli\u015ftirir:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"A\"><li><strong><strong>KOM\u00dcNLER<br><\/strong><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Kom\u00fcnler, konfederal kad\u0131n siteminin h\u00fccreleridir. Kad\u0131n\u0131n kom\u00fcnal g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc topluma yaymak ve payla\u015fmak i\u00e7in en ideal birimdir. KJK siteminde kom\u00fcns\u00fcz birey olmaz. Her birey en az bir kom\u00fcnde yer al\u0131r. Ancak her birey farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131na uygun bir tarzda birden \u00e7ok kom\u00fcnde, toplulukta ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirebilir. Her birey, yeteneklerine, eme\u011fine ve farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131na uygun olarak kom\u00fcnal topluluk i\u00e7inde ya\u015famay\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenir. Kad\u0131n konfederal sisteminin vazge\u00e7ilmez temel \u00f6\u011fesi olan kom\u00fcnler, ahlaki ve politik olman\u0131n en eski toplumsal birimidir. Demokratik konfederal kad\u0131n sisteminde, \u00f6zg\u00fcr birey \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ba\u011fl\u0131 oldu\u011fu kom\u00fcn veya toplulukla birlikte demokratik politika temelinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirir. Kom\u00fcn veya topluluk bireylerine sonuna kadar sahip \u00e7\u0131karak onlar\u0131 korur ve ya\u015fat\u0131r. Kom\u00fcnler, toplumsal ya\u015fam\u0131n t\u00fcm alanlar\u0131nda, siyasal, sosyal, sa\u011fl\u0131k ve e\u011fitim, demografik, ekonomik, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel, g\u00fcvenlik veya \u00f6z savunmayla ilgili sorunlar\u0131 \u00f6z g\u00fcc\u00fcyle \u00e7\u00f6zme anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 temelinde \u00f6rg\u00fctlenir. K\u00f6y, sokak, okul, fabrika kom\u00fcnleri, \u00e7ok ama\u00e7l\u0131 kooperatif, tar\u0131m ve ticari birlikler bi\u00e7iminde \u00f6rg\u00fctlenerek kendi \u00f6z g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc yarat\u0131r. Demokratik ve politik birimler olman\u0131n gere\u011fi kom\u00fcnler, karar ve icra i\u015flerini d\u00fczenlemek ve koordine etmek \u00fczere kendi koordinasyonlar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6revlendirirler. Kom\u00fcnler, ihtiyaca ve i\u015flevine g\u00f6re uygun say\u0131da ve nitelikte in\u015fa edilir. Her kom\u00fcn kendi i\u00e7 y\u00f6netmenli\u011fini olu\u015fturarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r. <\/span><\/span><br><\/li><li> <span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><b>MECL\u0130SLER<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><\/span><\/span><br><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Konfederal kad\u0131n sisteminde temel \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmelerden biri kad\u0131n meclisleridir. Kad\u0131nlar meclislerde demokratik k\u00fclt\u00fcr temelinde kendilerini e\u011fitip \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc g\u00fc\u00e7 olmay\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenebilecekler, kendi i\u00e7 yap\u0131lanmas\u0131nda demokrasi deneyimi kazanacaklar. Do\u011frudan demokrasi ilkesi gere\u011fi, kad\u0131n meclislerinin y\u00fczde altm\u0131\u015f\u0131 halktan, y\u00fczde k\u0131rk\u0131 ise \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc yap\u0131lar\u0131n se\u00e7ilmi\u015f temsilcilerinden olu\u015fur. Kad\u0131n meclisleri boyutlar temelinde komitele\u015fmelere giderek \u00f6rg\u00fctlenir. Kad\u0131n meclisleri \u00f6rg\u00fctlendi\u011fi zemindeki farkl\u0131 kad\u0131n kimliklerini, \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmelerini en geni\u015f bi\u00e7imde kapsar. Demokratik i\u015fleyi\u015fi esas alarak kendi y\u00f6netmenli\u011fini olu\u015fturarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r. Kendi koordinasyonlar\u0131n\u0131 demokratik se\u00e7imle belirler. Kad\u0131nlar, politikaya kom\u00fcn ve meclisler yoluyla kat\u0131l\u0131r. Yerinde y\u00f6netim, kendini y\u00f6netme, demokratik ya\u015fam\u0131 geli\u015ftirme, kad\u0131n sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fcndemle\u015ftirme ve \u00e7\u00f6zme ama\u00e7l\u0131 \u00f6rg\u00fctlenir. Yerelde kom\u00fcnlere dayal\u0131 geli\u015fen meclisler; K\u00fcrdistan ve yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131 alanlar\u0131nda mahalle, kasaba, il\u00e7e, il, b\u00f6lge ve eyalette \u00f6rg\u00fctlendirilir. Meclisler, ihtiya\u00e7lara g\u00f6re komisyonlar \u00f6rg\u00fctler ve komitele\u015fmelere gider. \u0130htiya\u00e7lara ve durumlara g\u00f6re meclisler \u00e7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fc, ama\u00e7l\u0131 ve \u00e7e\u015fitli \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme birimleri olu\u015fturur. Bir \u00fclke genelinde \u00f6rg\u00fctlendirilen kad\u0131n meclisi, o \u00fclkenin onlarca \u015fehir-il\u00e7e meclislerini kapsayaca\u011f\u0131 gibi \u00f6zg\u00fcn baz\u0131 meclisleri de b\u00fcnyesinde geli\u015ftirebilir: \u00c7ocuklar, gen\u00e7ler, sanat\u00e7\u0131lar, doktorlar, \u00f6\u011fretmenler, de\u011fi\u015fik meslekler gibi toplumun t\u00fcm alanlar\u0131n\u0131 kad\u0131n meclisleri modeliyle g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fcklere kavu\u015fturur. Kad\u0131n meclisleri, kendilerine ba\u011fl\u0131 \u00f6zg\u00fcn adalet sistemlerini ve mekanizmalar\u0131n\u0131 geli\u015ftirir ve \u00f6rg\u00fctler. Kad\u0131n konfederal sisteminin kadrolar\u0131n\u0131 yeti\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in akademi, enstit\u00fc, okul gibi e\u011fitim kurumlar\u0131 olu\u015fturur. <b><br><\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif\"><\/span> <\/li><li> <span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><b>AKADEM\u0130LER<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><\/span><\/span><p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">Kad\u0131n devriminin entelekt\u00fcel kurumla\u015fmalar\u0131d\u0131r. Akademiler, Jineoloj\u00ee temelinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fecek kad\u0131n devriminin ve demokratik devrimlerin entelekt\u00fcel merkezleridir. G\u00f6revleri demokratik tart\u0131\u015fma k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc, e\u011fitme ve \u00f6\u011frenme al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kazand\u0131rmakt\u0131r. Kad\u0131n\u0131n do\u011fas\u0131n\u0131 ve tarihsel-toplumsal hakikatini a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131karacak, geli\u015ftirecek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcr. Akademiler; binlerce y\u0131l \u00f6nce yok edilen g\u00f6rkemli ana-kad\u0131n k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc canland\u0131r\u0131r. Toplumlar\u0131n ve d\u00fcnya kad\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 tarihsel deneyimlerden dersler \u00e7\u0131kararak yerel-evrensel \u00e7apta akademiler in\u015fa etmek, kad\u0131n sisteminin temel hedeflerindendir. <\/span><\/span><\/p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">A<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><\/span>kademiler, ahlaki ve politik toplum birimlerini yeniden yap\u0131land\u0131rmada entelekt\u00fcel ve bilimsel destek sa\u011flarlar. Kad\u0131n bilincinin geli\u015ftirilip y\u00fckseltilmesinde, zihinsel ufkunun b\u00fcy\u00fct\u00fclmesinde rol oynar. Konfederal kad\u0131n sisteminin \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc \u00fcyelerini geli\u015ftirmekten sorumludur. Bu kapsamda kad\u0131n\u0131n konfederal yap\u0131lanmas\u0131, genel toplumsal akademilerin \u00f6rg\u00fctlendirilmesinde ve i\u015flevselle\u015ftirilmesinde aktif-\u00f6nc\u00fc rol \u00fcstlenir. \u00d6zg\u00fcn kad\u0131n akademilerini geli\u015ftirmek i\u00e7inse \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc emek ve kadro olu\u015fturur. Akademiler, devlet\u00e7i g\u00fc\u00e7 ve iktidar odaklar\u0131n\u0131n etkisinden ve s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcs\u00fcnden uzak zihniyetlerle, mek\u00e2nlarla, y\u00f6ntem ve ara\u00e7larla geli\u015ftirilir. Kad\u0131n akademileri kapitalist moderniteye ait akademileri taklit etmeden, \u00f6zerk ve ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z \u00f6rg\u00fctlenirler. \u0130htiya\u00e7lara g\u00f6re bir partinin, siyasi birli\u011fin, komite ve vakf\u0131n, yerel meclisin b\u00fcnyesinde de \u00f6rg\u00fctlendirilebilirler. Akademiler yerelden ba\u015flay\u0131p b\u00f6lgesel, ulusal ve d\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131nda geli\u015febilirler. Demokratik siyaset, \u00f6z savunma, edebiyat, m\u00fczik, bilim, felsefe, k\u00fclt\u00fcr-sanat, dil, teoloji, bas\u0131n, spor, at\u00f6lye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131, hukuk, sa\u011fl\u0131k, e\u011fitim, demografya, etik-estetik, tarih gibi bir\u00e7ok alan akademi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131yla geli\u015ftirilebilir. Kendi program ve kadrolar\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015ftururlar. Kurullar\u0131n\u0131 ve \u00f6zerk y\u00f6netimlerini se\u00e7erler. Hiyerar\u015fik \u00f6\u011frenci-\u00f6\u011fretmen ili\u015fkisine alternatif geli\u015ftirirler. Demokratik kom\u00fcnal toplumu geli\u015ftirme iddias\u0131ndaki ve amac\u0131ndaki herkese a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r. Herkes yetenekleri ve deneyimleriyle kat\u0131l\u0131r. Sadelik ve g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fcl\u00fck esast\u0131r. Kad\u0131n sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 sadece teorik ele almazlar. G\u00fcnl\u00fck sorunlara anda cevap olu\u015fturmaya odaklan\u0131rlar. Prati\u011fe \u00e7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fc kat\u0131l\u0131m sa\u011flarlar, asla ya\u015famdan, ekonomik etkinliklerden kopuk olmazlar. Kad\u0131n akademilerindeki e\u011fitimlerin mek\u00e2n\u0131 ve zaman\u0131 pratik ihtiya\u00e7lara g\u00f6re belirlenir. Bu nedenle kooperatifleri i\u015fsizlik, ekonomik k\u0131r\u0131m, kad\u0131n eme\u011finin s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fclmesi, anneli\u011fin, ev kad\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u00fccretsiz i\u015f\u00e7i olarak ele al\u0131nmas\u0131, vas\u0131fs\u0131z ve mevsimlik i\u015f\u00e7i kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 trajedileri ortadan kald\u0131rma amac\u0131yla geli\u015ftirir. Yereller kendi \u00f6zg\u00fcnl\u00fcklerini ve ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 dikkate alarak kooperatifleri sivil toplum \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesi karakterinde \u00f6rg\u00fctleyebilir. Kooperatifler, di\u011fer ekonomik kom\u00fcnlerle birlikte metala\u015fmaya dayanmayan, halk sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na uygun, \u00e7evreye zarar vermeyen bir ekonomiyi geli\u015ftirmeyi hedeflerler. \u0130\u015fsizlikle m\u00fccadelede, toplumun ekonomik k\u0131r\u0131m\u0131na, bio-iktidar y\u00f6ntemleriyle teslim al\u0131nmas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 en etkili \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc m\u00fccadele birimlerinden biri olarak i\u015flev kazanabilirler.
